The hut is location in 9th station which 3,460 meters above sea level. Ideal for summit ascent the next morning. However the room was small for us, we cannot stretch our body in the room. We can also hear the noises of other climbers.

He really made sure that we are okay every time. The sledding activity was one of a kind. Beginner friendly. He even gave us all a Mt. Fuji picture souvenir. Thank you Ben!

Such a fun experience! Everything was well organized from departure in Tokyo to the Mt. Fuji Yeti snow area and Konohana Onsen. Everyone enjoyed the snow play and sledding — we all had so much fun. Definitely worth it and highly recommended if you want a fun winter day trip.

I had a wonderful experience during a day hike with our guide. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. His extensive knowledge of the local flora and fauna in Mt. Fuji made the tour both educational and engaging. His passion for nature and dedication to providing an excellent day hike truly stood out. Thank you for making my climb in Mt. It was difficult to book the hut, so I joined a tour, and it was so worth it! Much more enjoyable than hiking with just a friend and me! It was our first time hiking, but we had plenty of rest breaks, so we all made it! Although we couldn't go to Jianfeng due to strong winds, it was still perfect! We successfully reached the summit! The guide was truly exceptional, a perfect trip!

We joined the Mount Fuji tour departing on January 7th, with services provided by local company JamJam. Our tour leader, Xiao Guo, was very attentive, taking care of every group member's needs and providing important hiking information. The weather suddenly deteriorated that day, and the tour leader professionally assessed the situation and adjusted the itinerary. The leader also thoroughly explained details such as why certain areas were restricted. The driver was also very friendly and offered luggage storage. However, when booking the tour, it would have been ideal if Klook had provided more updated information. For example, the departure time was 11:00 AM, not 8:00 AM. If the departure was at 11:00 AM, it would have allowed for hotel checkout or transfer arrangements.

This Tokyo & Mount Fuji wedding kimono photoshoot trip was absolutely worth it! Everything went smoothly, from the initial contact and itinerary planning to the actual shoot day. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful reminders of what to prepare in advance, which put us at ease. The day's schedule was perfectly arranged, never feeling rushed, and all the shooting locations were beautiful. It truly felt like we were having our wedding photos taken in a Japanese drama. Mount Fuji and the cherry blossoms together in the shots were incredibly dreamy. Both the kimono and wedding dress were stunning, and the changing, makeup, and hair styling were all done with great care. The photographer was excellent at creating a lively atmosphere, guiding even those who aren't usually comfortable in front of the camera to pose naturally. What I loved most was how patient the photographer was. They helped with angles, poses, and even adjusting the dress, and constantly sought out the most beautiful backgrounds. The final photos and videos were incredibly high-quality, exactly as I had imagined! Overall, the service, value for money, equipment, and safety were all excellent. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to do a wedding or kimono photoshoot in Tokyo and Mount Fuji; it will truly create wonderful memories. ♡

really value for money and easy to use. just redeem at JR Train Centre at Narita Airport. the staffs are friendly. can use it for narita express and all the jr trains in tokyo city. of coz i use it to echigo yuzawa and enjoy the bullet train daily basis.

the 2 days bus ticket is a must to purchase for tour around Ito places of interest. worth taking as a one way trip from mount omuro to Ito station already cost 1000 yen. we took multiple rides from one area to another. need to take note of the bus schedule and timing because the duration of bus to next one is around 1 hr. if you miss it. have to wait for next one.
