Tokyo Departure: Car Rental with Driver to Mt. Fuji/Hakone/Nikko - Chinese-speaking Driver

Our driver mr 神藤志良 is such a nice and understanding driver, we enjoyed chatting with him along the way, and he is very attentive to our needs. highly recommended if you have young kids travelling with you as it was a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. he recommended us nice spots and also a nice place for lunch as it was our first time in Japan. thank you so much!

The driver's phone information will be updated in your Klook itinerary the day before departure. You can contact the driver yourself to confirm the pick-up time and location. The driver's response speed is quite fast, but when departing, the rear seat's last row seatbelt buckle was forcibly jammed under the seat by the previous customer and could not be used. The car rental company and the driver also did not check whether the seatbelt was okay before departure. At that time, it was also impossible to arrange a replacement car immediately, because waiting for a new car to arrive would have delayed the departure time. In the end, we chose to work with the driver to forcibly pull it out so that it could be used, otherwise we would have had to depart without being able to buckle the seatbelt. Fortunately, the seatbelt buckle problem was finally solved. After departure, the driver frequently communicated with us about the amount of time to spend at each attraction. The itinerary route was smooth. There was one location on the itinerary that required a parking fee, but it was only 300 yen one way. We were able to stop at rest stops on the way to and from the destination, which was convenient for the elderly who often need to use the restroom. A chartered car is definitely a suitable choice for traveling with the elderly. The only other thing to note is the cleanliness of the rear seats on both sides. There was a lot of dust in the back seats! Other than that, the driver was polite, well-organized, and returned to the drop-off point on time! 👍🏻

He arranged the itinerary in a suitable order and was knowledgeable about the characteristics of each scenic spot and the best time to arrive. He was also very cooperative, making the trip completely smooth. It was a very comfortable day trip to Mount Fuji!

Our driver today was Kitamura, a wonderful lady. She discussed the itinerary with us in advance and gave recommendations. Her driving was very smooth, and my whole family felt comfortable and satisfied. The weather at Lake Kawaguchi was great today. Thanks to her suggested arrangements, we didn't waste time waiting in line, and our udon lunch went smoothly. It was a wonderful day.

Extremely clean, the driver was 10 minutes early to pick us up and told me about many different attractions along the way. Today's trip was super enjoyable and I took a lot of beautiful photos. The driver also took me to eat at Xiaozuo, which was super delicious! It was the best tempura shrimp rice I've ever had, super delicious, and the tempura shrimp was bigger than my face.

9.5/10 experience. I booked an alphard group up to 6 people. the driver , Xiao Fei, was punctual. she tried to communicate using Google translate which is fine, 10/10 for the effort. she gave us on tips where to take picture even acted as our mini tour guide and helped us take group photo. the itinerary wss flexible and can be discussed according to the condition of the wheater, team was also responsive. the only downside was that we ended up had an hour spare time that could have been spent on mt Fuji (it was because our driver noticed 2.5 hours drive back to Tokyo which ended only 1 hour). overall this is a good choice if traveling at least 4 people, for the price and convinience

She brought us to the best spots for clear views of Mount Fuji & fulfill our request to bring us having an excellent Japan cuisine. Thanks to her experience, we managed to take beautiful photos!
