This has to be the best trip I’ve ever taken. From the moment of the booking the communication before the day of the tour to the end of the trip was kept clear and direct. There was no guessing throughout the trip and if there were questions, Diffany was ready to help. She was super lovely, caring and fun to be around. Additionally to her knowledge, she made sure everyone was comfortable, offered to take pictures, had great banter and was overall really fun to spend the day with. Despite the large group everyone was catered for and not a single moment did I feel anxious about being left behind (which is very important especially for solo travellers). I’d highly recommend this trip and especially spending the day with Diffany. Thank you so much for making this trip an enjoyable memory! We were very lucky to have visibility on the mountain and even then one minute it would be visible, then covered by the clouds the next. Best to come with zero expectations and enjoy the experience :)
I joined a Mt. Fuji day trip and came away really impressed not just by the views, but by our guide. She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each stop in a way that made everything more meaningful. The tour itself was well-paced and thoughtfully organized, and her calm, friendly presence made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A genuinely memorable day from start to finish.
Lynn was a wonderful attentive guide, taking us to some beautiful spots. It was a long day but we enjoyed our tour. Long bus ride home due to highway traffic but that was no fault of anyone. Thanks Lynn!
Absolutely amazing day! Incredible sights, beautiful flowers and such a fun day. Our favourite day in Japan! Our tour guide was wonderful, friendly, knowledgable, professional and great with keeping us on time, always making sure she warned us before meeting and messaged when and where to meet. I couldn’t have thought of a better tour guide!
Our tour to Mount Fuji was unforgettable, even though the weather didn’t cooperate and we couldn’t actually see the mountain! The snowy scenery made everything feel magical and peaceful, and the whole experience was still so much fun. A huge shoutout to our guide, YURI, who made the day amazing. She was fun, informative, incredibly helpful, and honestly so cute! Her energy and knowledge kept us engaged the entire time. Highly recommend this tour, snow or shine! 😊
The tour was great, the tour guide Olivia and the driver took us to all the key viewing points and we had free time at each location to explore and take photos. Olivia even took some photos for me as I was a so traveller!
This tour is really worth it. It cover a lot of places in beautifull Mount Fuji. We got lucky today the weather is perfect and we can see Mount Fuji very clearly from Lawson, strolling, eating strawberry and ice cream and taking picture in Oishii Park in Lake Kawaguchiko, ride the boat in Swan Lake and take good picture with a lot of cherie blossom in Oshino Hakkai. Joe was a very professional and good tour guide. He explain very clearly about all the places and very punctual. He even gives some tips about buying strawberry and reccomending a nice flavor for ice cream. He also tell us a lot of nice photo spot. Thank you Joe, my family have a great time touring with you!👍🏻
glad we booked this tour to explore My Fuji area for the first time. The driver was on time and easily contactable. I like that it’s a small group so it feels more comfortable and we can go to each destination faster. recommended!
Good service. The tour guide is very nice and help us to go the tourist places efficiently. The guide also explain the detail of the places very well in chinese and english. So it is easy to understand.
The trip is easy. Met up in the meeting point, started on schedule. Nice weather in the morning but kinda gloomy in the afternoon. Still a nice trip. My guide was Feng. She was very attentive and explained the itinerary and places thoroughly. Also very effortlessly funny haha
