Reviews
I’ve done a Mount Fuji day trip prior to this and I 100% prefer this small car tour over a big bus tour. It felt like we had a good amount of time at each location and we didn’t feel rushed at all. we could enjoy each stop without feeling stressed. driver had good communication via what’s app.
Everything was perfect. Pleasant hotel pickup. The driver was super nice and always told us what we could see when we passed by important landmarks. The duration of the stops could have been a bit longer at the second one and a bit shorter at the second to last one. But otherwise, everything was great. I would always recommend this tour in a small group to everyone.
Driver is Chinese but he don't know much about the history and so on when we asked him. Would be nice if he is informative about the places of attraction and Japan. Overall he is a nice driver
The service was excellent. The driver was very friendly and supportive. Even though he was not a native English speaker, he tried to communicate very well with us about the location and time. The trip was a little short at each location and we did not get a great view of Mount Fuji, which was a bit disappointing. However, overall, the service was great and the price was reasonable.
This small-group tour was the highlight of our trip. From the serene waters of Oshino Hakkai to the iconic Lawson view, every stop was well-timed. A special shout-out to our driver, who was not only an excellent driver but also a fantastic guide—he knew all the best photo spots and ensured we had a comfortable, memorable day.
I highly recommend this Mount Fuji day tour. Our morning departure went smoothly, and customer service even proactively reminded us of the meeting time and location the night before, which made us feel very secure as first-time group tour participants. The driver was incredibly kind, drove very steadily, and kept the car very clean. Along the way, he also gave us a brief introduction to the scenery and even proactively stopped at a few spots to let us take photos of Mount Fuji, which was very thoughtful. As for the itinerary, we visited Lake Yamanaka, Kawaguchiko Oishi Park, Oshino Hakkai, and the popular photo spots Lawson and Hikawa Clock Shop all in one day. I initially thought it would be rushed, but to my surprise, the timing was perfect, allowing us to explore and take photos at each location without feeling hurried. Especially the mountain, this trip, from the service to the driver and the route planning, left me very satisfied. If I bring friends or family to Mount Fuji again, I will definitely choose this company. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to capture multiple classic Mount Fuji views in one go!
Our guide picked us up in Tokyo after 7 am, and the day's tour was pretty well-organized. The best part was definitely the amazing view of Mount Fuji from Lake Kawaguchiko. Oishi Park on the north shore, where they were holding their biggest Herb Festival, is the perfect spot to see Fuji. The classic summer view there is the mountain reflected in the lake, surrounded by lavender fields. It's a beautiful picture. Fuji looks great in photos on a sunny day, but I think it's even more spectacular in winter with snow. I'd love to just come back and enjoy that view quietly sometime.
We mistakenly choosed this Chinese guided tour. But, it was one of the best mistakenly that I have ever done. The driver was very kind and tolerated guy. The tour was extremely efficient. The timing was perfect. There was 9 people in the tour as in the explanation. Only minus is they use Wechat app to communicate and as chat group that we can not join because of the application requirements like double confirmation with a person who used we chat minimum 6 years.
This was my first time on this type of tour, and even though the weather wasn't ideal and we encountered a typhoon, the overall itinerary was very smooth. Our driver (Xiao Liu) was also very enthusiastic, providing key guided explanations and clearly communicating the time available at each stop and the meeting points. Excluding the weather, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely consider joining this type of tour again if I have the chance.
The trip went smoothly, and the Chinese-speaking driver was very convenient for those of us who don't speak Japanese. It's a shame the Kaba boat was out of service, but the platform immediately refunded the difference in price, which was quick. However, I have too many emails and didn't realize it was being processed, so I thought it hadn't been handled yet. I suggest the platform also send notifications in the app.
