I recommend buying the Tofu Skin Hot Pot to get the soy milk pot; the tofu skin is incredibly delicious. The earthenware pot on the small stove in the picture is for the tofu meal, and it contains 6 pieces of tofu soaking in water. Overall, it's good, but the all-tofu meal can be a bit heavy. The entire meal is meat-free, with only one scallop, but it's very fresh and sweet! The staff's attitude is excellent, and if you buy a set meal here, you won't have to pay again later. I was surprisingly full.

Si veniu a Kyoto, heu de provar la cuina local de tofu. El personal del restaurant és molt amable i educat, i el jardí i l'arquitectura del restaurant també són molt bonics. Every dish was delicious, and the ingredients and presentation were exquisite. Overall, I was very satisfied with the meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was very attentive. The dishes were served faster than expected, so there wasn't a long wait between courses. The overall dining atmosphere was very comfortable, making it an excellent kaiseki experience.
