what a great service and thanks to our driver Agus and guide Nyoman (I think) who took the greatest care on either a crazy road trying to manage traffic or up and down a steep mountain and sharing great local knowledge. well worth it if you think you can handle the hike and thanks for letting some kiwis have an awesome run down the hill - followed by a nice wallow on the hot springs for recovery

Der Reiseleiter war freundlich genug, anzuhalten und zu warten, bis sich alle versammelt hatten. Wir nahmen den Weg durch den Dschungel und an Reisfeldern vorbei nach unten, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir für Fotos angehalten hätten. Die Aussicht war auf jeden Fall fantastisch, 5/5. Die natürliche heiße Quelle ist eher wie ein Schwimmbecken, sie war nicht heiß, sondern warm. Viel zu voll und die Schlange zum Umziehen und Duschen (gemischt) war wahnsinnig lang. Wenn möglich, würde ich stattdessen eher den Besuch einer Sauna oder eines Spas empfehlen.

Wonderful experience thanks to Mu Bali, who accompanied us to discover Mount Batur in a jeep and proved to be an expert photographer, making the tour even more special and giving us unforgettable memories. Highly recommended, an unmissable experience!

So I was alone doing this trip. This was the only option who could pick you up in Sidemen where I stayed. The driver had arrived at the hotel at 1:45. 15 minutes before we had our appointment that was great. Then he took me over to my guide. Made was a really great guide! He was very helpful, funny, and a good talker. Even because I was alone I didn't feel that way. At the top I got breakfast. It was nothing special. The views from up top were amazing! We had a very nice day for it. Thanks to Made for making this an unforgettable trip! And to my driver who drove 3 hours without much sleep! Very great experience. I can really recommend it!🌋

Had an amazing trip with the operator, especially with the jeep driver Jo. He is an excellent guide and very thoughtful. He also has great photography skills and helped us take many wonderful photos and videos.
