Boby, unser Fahrer, und Widi, unser Touristenführer, waren während des gesamten Erlebnisses sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Wir haben viel über Bali, seine Kultur und seine Menschen gelernt, und es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Der Sonnenaufgang vom Mount Batur war absolut atemberaubend. Es stimmt, dass der Aufstieg ziemlich beschwerlich ist und der Abstieg etwas gefährlich sein kann, weshalb man sehr achtsam sein und genau auf jeden Schritt achten muss. Man stellt Ihnen Wanderstöcke zur Verfügung, und oben wird außerdem ein Frühstück zubereitet, während Sie die Aussicht genießen und an einem tollen Ort Fotos machen. Die Kaffeeplantage war ebenfalls sehr schön, und wir können dieses Erlebnis auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Der Wasserfall war großartig. Wir haben den typischen Wasserfall, an dem die Leute stundenlang auf ein Foto warten, gemieden und stattdessen einen authentischeren besucht, zu dem die Einheimischen tatsächlich zum Schwimmen gehen. Er war wunderschön, ziemlich hoch und das Wasser war nicht einmal besonders kalt!

Frank gesagt war dies eine der anstrengendsten Erfahrungen meines Lebens, da wir unvorbereitet und ohnehin schon müde von den Aktivitäten der Vorrezensionen ankamen. Doch mit unserem wunderbaren 21-jährigen Guide Tut und seinem jüngeren Bruder, die uns enthusiastisch führten und auf dem Weg nach oben sogar Lieder sangen, um uns zu motivieren, schafften wir es schließlich doch noch auf den Gipfel. Und dann endlich einer der schönsten Anblicke überhaupt: der Sonnenaufgang nach einem anstrengenden Aufstieg vor der wunderschönen Kulisse des Mount Agung. Wahrlich ein herrlicher Morgen, der sogar von verschiedenen Frühstücksoptionen und köstlichen Heißgetränken begleitet wurde, die unser Guide zubereitete. Der Abstieg war nicht weniger aufregend, da wir uns entschieden, mit Motorrädern das wellige Gelände des Berghangs hinunterzufahren. Ich habe es sehr genossen und Sie werden es sicher auch tun. It was such a nice experience. My guide Wayan kertayasa is very good photographer. He is very nice and super kind. He took a lot of photos and video for me and instruct me some posing. I was such a great experience. highly recommended and 10/10, WILL GO BACK!! I did the Mount Batur sunrise trek today and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Our driver, Leo, was punctual and very professional. He made the early morning pickup smooth and comfortable. On the way, he shared so much about Balinese culture, traditions, and local life—it really added a special touch to the journey and helped me appreciate the experience even more. Our trekking guide, Betut, was absolutely amazing! Super fun, energetic, and so friendly—he kept the whole group in high spirits the entire time. He was also incredibly attentive, especially during the descent when the terrain got very slippery. He made sure we were safe, guiding us carefully and helping at every tricky spot. The views from the top were breathtaking, and the whole experience was made even better thanks to this wonderful team. Highly recommend this trek—and if you can, ask for Leo and Betut!

We had such a wonderful experience joining the Mount Batur Hiking Tour! Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we really want to thank both Leo (our driver) and Katut (our mountain guide) for making the trip extra special. Leo was super friendly and knowledgeable — he didn’t just handle the pick-up and drop-off perfectly, but also went out of his way to show us extra attractions like a coffee farm and a lovely local Bali restaurant. He shared lots of interesting facts about Bali (did you know all the produce and veggies grown here are fully organic?) — it made the ride feel more like a mini cultural tour! Our guide Katut was equally amazing. During the hike, he told us stories about the mountain, made sure everyone was doing okay, and even took some really great photos for us at the top. The view from Mt. Batur was absolutely breathtaking. We were so lucky because the weather was perfect. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali! 😊

Our driver picked us up right outside our hotel and safely transported us to the hiking start point. Our guide was very patient as we were pulling along two children who weren't feeling the best, but with Katut's support we made it to the top before sunrise. breakfast was adequate and hot coffee well appreciated 👍

Driver Ronny picked us up at the villa at 2:00 AM to take us to Mount Batur, and we arrived at the trailhead around 3:00 AM. Our hiking guide, Sugiartha, is a 21-year-old who is very polite and easy to get along with. He is very familiar with the hiking trails and has excellent photography skills. We reached the summit around 5:20 AM to wait for the sunrise, and the sunrise view at 6:10 AM was absolutely beautiful. We started our descent around 7:00 AM, met up with driver Ronny at 9:00 AM, and then went to soak in the volcanic hot springs. The entire itinerary concluded at 10:00 AM. The whole experience was fantastic and highly recommended.

Highly recommended!! Both the chartered driver and the guide were very dedicated. The driver provided excellent service, was very punctual for pick-ups and drop-offs, and even prepared bottled water for the journey ❤️. Upon arriving in the early morning, the guide took over and led us up the mountain, frequently asking if we needed to rest along the way. We successfully saw the sunrise, which was truly fortunate! The guide's photography skills on the mountain were 100%, and he was also very humorous and engaging, which reduced the fatigue of climbing. I'm so glad I had this experience! The pick-up and drop-off locations can be different, which is very convenient for point-to-point travel! Highly, highly recommended ❤️
