We had such a wonderful experience joining the Mount Batur Hiking Tour! Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we really want to thank both Leo (our driver) and Katut (our mountain guide) for making the trip extra special. Leo was super friendly and knowledgeable — he didn’t just handle the pick-up and drop-off perfectly, but also went out of his way to show us extra attractions like a coffee farm and a lovely local Bali restaurant. He shared lots of interesting facts about Bali (did you know all the produce and veggies grown here are fully organic?) — it made the ride feel more like a mini cultural tour! Our guide Katut was equally amazing. During the hike, he told us stories about the mountain, made sure everyone was doing okay, and even took some really great photos for us at the top. The view from Mt. Batur was absolutely breathtaking. We were so lucky because the weather was perfect. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali! 😊

I did the Mount Batur sunrise trek today and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Our driver, Leo, was punctual and very professional. He made the early morning pickup smooth and comfortable. On the way, he shared so much about Balinese culture, traditions, and local life—it really added a special touch to the journey and helped me appreciate the experience even more. Our trekking guide, Betut, was absolutely amazing! Super fun, energetic, and so friendly—he kept the whole group in high spirits the entire time. He was also incredibly attentive, especially during the descent when the terrain got very slippery. He made sure we were safe, guiding us carefully and helping at every tricky spot. The views from the top were breathtaking, and the whole experience was made even better thanks to this wonderful team. Highly recommend this trek—and if you can, ask for Leo and Betut!

Our driver picked us up right outside our hotel and safely transported us to the hiking start point. Our guide was very patient as we were pulling along two children who weren't feeling the best, but with Katut's support we made it to the top before sunrise. breakfast was adequate and hot coffee well appreciated 👍

We had a great trekking experience. We were picked up by Rani on time. She was really nice and a great driver. Our guide Ketut showed us the local flora and had a lot of patience. He made sure that we were okay and made enough breaks on the way up. Thank you very much for the wonderful adventure.

The guide who picked me up from the hotel was "Rani". She's very nice, she also recommended places to go! The guide who brought me up to Mount Batur was "Tut". He's very funny, which made the trek a lot easier, and he also takes great photos!! Highly Recommended!!

Driver Ronny picked us up at the villa at 2:00 AM to take us to Mount Batur, and we arrived at the trailhead around 3:00 AM. Our hiking guide, Sugiartha, is a 21-year-old who is very polite and easy to get along with. He is very familiar with the hiking trails and has excellent photography skills. We reached the summit around 5:20 AM to wait for the sunrise, and the sunrise view at 6:10 AM was absolutely beautiful. We started our descent around 7:00 AM, met up with driver Ronny at 9:00 AM, and then went to soak in the volcanic hot springs. The entire itinerary concluded at 10:00 AM. The whole experience was fantastic and highly recommended.

Highly recommended!! Both the chartered driver and the guide were very dedicated. The driver provided excellent service, was very punctual for pick-ups and drop-offs, and even prepared bottled water for the journey ❤️. Upon arriving in the early morning, the guide took over and led us up the mountain, frequently asking if we needed to rest along the way. We successfully saw the sunrise, which was truly fortunate! The guide's photography skills on the mountain were 100%, and he was also very humorous and engaging, which reduced the fatigue of climbing. I'm so glad I had this experience! The pick-up and drop-off locations can be different, which is very convenient for point-to-point travel! Highly, highly recommended ❤️

An amazing hiking experience! We couldn't see the path on the way up, and only realized at dawn that it was a steep climb all the way. You absolutely, positively, must wear hiking boots and use trekking poles, otherwise, you're prone to slipping. This is because there are no stairs, only volcanic ash and rock paths. You also need ample physical stamina. If you run out of energy, there's a paid off-road vehicle shuttle available, but you still have to walk the last section of cooled volcanic lava rock yourself. Our guide was incredibly attentive, constantly checking on us and even helping us take photos. It was a challenging journey, but for hikers interested in mountaineering, this trip is highly recommended!

jodi (driver) and ari (guide) were very well spoken and clear with instructions and guidance every step of the way. they were on time and didnt rush us along we felt very safe even when climbing the mountain in the dark, and the hot springs where a great way to relax the legs, i recommend this package to all great quality for quantity
