Our guides today were amazing. They had a good understanding of English and were always chatty, ensuring our safety and well-being were paramount. The entire package for our family of five was superb, from pick-up to drop-off, with our youngest being 4 and oldest 11. Not once did we feel anything was an issue. The photos taken for us on our phones were amazing; Astawa was amazing at photography as well as driving and created some amazing memories for us to keep and cherish with our children. I highly recommend this experience, and don't be put off by the jeeps; they are all the same quality and are renowned around the world for their off-road ability. Thank you for one of our best Bali experiences over the last 10 years of coming. Definitely 5*****

We loved this trip it was definitely worth the price and the experience. Our transfer picked us up right on time, once we arrived we hired a blanket as we were not prepared for how cold it was going to be (make sure you bring something warm even for the summer months ) our guide Dede was so lovely he was very attentive, gave us some fact about the area but also didn’t overwhelm us which was really nice. he took some amazing photos of us. we are not photo people in the sense of posing so I think we were his easiest job to date but we still go some fab photos. I would say enjoy the view and the sunrise and let them do their job they are amazing at it. and if you want the perfect shot include the photos it’s definitely worth it they are amazing. we can’t thank our guide enough!

We had an amazing Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise experience! Our guide/driver Hengki was very friendly, professional, and took great care of us throughout the trip. He made sure we were comfortable and safe at every step. What made the experience even more special was that he willingly helped us take lots of photos and videos, making sure we got great memories from the trip. His positive attitude and helpful nature really enhanced our experience. Thank you for making our Mount Batur adventure so enjoyable. We had such an amazing experience with Kakah Lya at Mount Batur! She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and made everything so easy for us. Not only did she let us fully enjoy the moment, but she also captured the most beautiful photos. Honestly, not a single bad shot. She really knows how to find the best angles! On top of that, she even prepared breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can really feel how much care and love she puts into what she does. Highly recommend her to anyone visiting, she made our trip unforgettable 🥺🤍

Getting up at 2 a.m. was definitely worth it! 💛 And I'm very glad that Dimas was the one we came across, I think it was thanks to him that the trip turned out to be so intense and bright, positive vibes on top 🔝 + a lot of photos, Dimas takes pictures very professionally, he is so hard trying make perfect for you and Just look at these photos 😍😍 amazing!! 超級滿意！本來還有點後悔安排這個行程，因為2:00就要起床出門還要坐超級久的路程，但我們運氣非常好的遇到了完全沒有雲的好天氣甚至連配到的司機Amok都是最棒的，他很有耐心也很親切得幫我們拍了無數張足以當成大頭貼的絕美照片，甚至回程路上還突然偏離路線帶我們衝了一段超刺激的路段才回到車隊中，這正是我想像中的吉普車之旅！滿分10分我給100分！

The climb up Mount Batur was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences I've ever had in Bali. Watching the sunrise from the top is something absolutely unforgettable and a memory I will cherish forever. I want to give a very special thank you to our guide, Asta, who was simply the best we could have asked for. He was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and made the whole experience even more special. Besides accompanying us throughout the entire process, he took care to capture incredible, truly professional-quality photographs. Thanks to him, we have fantastic memories of this unique moment. I 100% recommend this experience, and if you have the opportunity to do the tour with this guide, don't hesitate. He was, without a doubt, an essential part of making this adventure perfect!

We had an amazing experience with Nyoman Daus on our Mount Batur sunrise and Black Lava tour. From the beginning, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire trip. He took us to a great viewing spot where we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise, and the Black Lava adventure was so much fun. What really made the experience special was Nyoman's kindness and professionalism. One thing we especially want to highlight is that he is an excellent photographer! We had an amazing Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise tour! Our guide Pandu was fantastic. He took us to one of the best sunrise spots, was very friendly and patient, and helped our group of 3 take so many great photos without rushing us. He made sure we had enough time to enjoy the views and was really helpful throughout the trip. Highly recommend requesting Pandu if you book this tour. Komamg, our guide, and EKA, our driver, are truly the best!!!!!!❤️❤️🔥 Komamg, our guide, is so fluent in Korean that there was absolutely no need to use English, haha. We're not very good at English, so we highly recommend them to couples like us! They were very considerate throughout the trip, and the journey was so stable that we could relax and enjoy the ride. And most importantly, the mountain roads are very rough, so driving skills are really important. EKA, our driver, is truly a best driver, and he drove so smoothly and comfortably. ㅠㅠ Plus, he takes amazing photos ㅠㅠ !!! We highly, highly recommend them to Koreans ❤️
