Metallica was our guide and he was very attentive to our needs. He took some really awesome pictures and videos for my party and we are so happy and grateful. He is also very experienced, guiding our part to the different poses for the beautiful pictures. Thank you Metallica for this great experience! Would totally recommend it!

First, Ada was on time and very friendly. He picked us up to go to the Mount Batur meeting spot for the jeeps. There we met our drivers Tedy and Purba. Both of them were great and took awesome pictures of us on the mountain. One thing I will say because I have not seen it mention in other reviews is that it is COLD on the mountain that early so please bring a jacket or blanket. We didn’t have any but were able to rent a blanket for 50k IDR about $2-$3 USD. Once finished Ada took us to Paperhills Cafe and got beautiful pictures of the scenery while enjoying a meal. Then we took a short detour to the coffee plantation to try different coffees and teas with information about their benefits. We brought some tea to take home. Lastly we went to Tegallalang Rice Terrace. Ada gave us a tour around the terrace and took more pictures of me and my sisters. Overall great tour and would recommend!

Jeje, it was really good. I can recommend it. The driver was really friendly and helpful. The sunset was beautiful. Also, the stars were good to see. Everything was good. If you are going to Mount Batur with a jeep, you can request Jeje because he gives plenty of time to enjoy.

Siman (pickup driver) and Mangku Sarif (tour guide) really did a great job. They are really friendly and easy to communicate with. Mangku Sarif was very responsible with picking us up and helping us take photos at Mount Batur. He also guided us on angles and body positions. Everything went very smoothly.

My guide, JJ, was excellent throughout the tour. He is highly accommodating and always willing to adjust to my requests, making the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I am not someone who usually takes a lot of photos, but JJ has a great eye for photography and knows exactly how to find the best angles and spots for beautiful shots. His patience, friendliness, and attention to detail made a big difference. Thanks to him, I now have many wonderful photos and memories from the trip. I would highly recommend JJ to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and talented guide who goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a great experience.

We had an amazing ride with Mr. Ngurah. He picked us up on time from the pickup station and clicked lovely pictures with the beautiful view on hilltop even though we missed on the sunrise due to cloudy weather. We recommend to book ride with him for the best experience in Mount Batur.

The tour is a lifetime experience, highly recommend doing this! we had the lovely Gede as our 4WD Jeep driver to the top of the mountain - the view was unreal I’ve never seen anything so beautiful, he made us feel welcomed, so easy going, super hilarious and very great to have a conversation with in English! he took great photos and was very accommodating to my sis and I, we enjoyed the experience. Afterwards we had our driver Siman, who took us to Paperhill cafe he is also very easy going, welcoming and great to have a convo with. The view at the cafe was stunning and food so delicious, if nature, great views and amazing food is what you look for, this tour is definitely for you! 🙂
