10/10 experience! The driver, Toto, picked me up from the airport at 2 AM, and I left my luggage in the car. Then I transferred to a jeep with another driver, Wan, and we reached the mountains around 4 AM. I slept a bit while waiting for the sunrise because I was jet-lagged. The jeep driver took photographs and was very helpful with posing and what to do. He was also very proactive, as I was traveling solo. Then he took me to Black Lava. The only downside was that I couldn't book for a solo traveler price, so I had to pay for two people, as the minimum booking was for two. But that's okay. Then I switched to a normal car, and the previous driver, Toto, picked me up. He then took me to El Lago Cafe and helped take photos of me too. He swapped my waterfall visit with another cafe because I was lazy to go. Haha. Then he also took me to a coffee plantation. I highly recommend driver Toto and jeep driver Wan!! Thank you! Both drivers also shared their knowledge about Bali. It was good to learn something new. Toto is funny, hahaha.

El conductor llegó puntualmente a las 2 de la madrugada. También se comunican por WhatsApp. ¡Conductor joven y con buenas habilidades! El único problema fue el coche, que estaba infestado de cucarachas... ¡maté unas cuantas y fue bastante molesto! El traslado para el paseo en jeep también fue sin problemas. Los baños disponibles pertenecen a los residentes de la zona, que eran anticuados y sucios. Controlé mi vejiga hasta que llegamos a la cafetería unas 7 horas después. Muchos otros conductores también hacían de fotógrafos, tomando más de 100 fotos. A nosotros nos tomaron pocas fotos durante el amanecer y más en la lava negra. El clima era frío mientras esperábamos el amanecer unas 2 horas. ¡Es mejor llevar un chal o chaquetas! La vista era genial. ¡Un residente de allí vendía fideos instantáneos, etc., para calentarse! ¡Durante todo el viaje fue tal como se anunciaba! ¡Los paisajes eran impresionantes! ¡Llegamos a nuestro hotel alrededor de las 2 de la tarde! Deberías probarlo al menos una vez por la experiencia.

The experience was amazing, our Jeep driver Bawe was great with pictures and found a good spot for us. The hot spring visit was worthwhile, a relaxing time after an early wake-up. We also went to Akasa Café, which has a pretty view of Mount Batur and the lake. Lastly, our driver took us to visit a coffee plantation to try 10 different hot drinks, and also to try Kopi Luwak coffee.

Had a great time on this tour and really enjoyed all the stops. Our driver, Sen, was patient and accommodating throughout the day, even when we took longer than expected at each location. The private car was comfortable and made the journey very pleasant. Special mention to our Mount Batur jeep driver, Bidit, who was amazing at taking photos and made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We booked the Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise tour through Klook to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience! Our driver Nanda was fantastic—he arrived right on time, was very friendly, and made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. He also shared helpful information along the way and made sure we were comfortable throughout the tour. Watching the sunrise at Mount Batur was absolutely beautiful and definitely the highlight of the morning. After that, we visited the hot springs, which was the perfect way to relax after the early start. We also stopped by Akasa Café for amazing views and took a side trip to a coffee plantation, where we even got to see a luwak up close. Overall, the itinerary felt well-paced and gave us a great mix of adventure, relaxation, and local experiences. It was a perfect way to celebrate a birthday and explore the area. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Nanda as your driver, you’re in great hands!

A huge thank you to our drivers! Bawe and Bona! The driver picked us up from the hotel on time, drove us comfortably, and handed us over to the jeep driver/photographer Bawe. The photos turned out great! It's important to understand that you don't climb to the very top of the volcano; we expected that we would drive part of the way in jeeps and then walk to the summit. The sunrise is beautiful, and so are the photos, but it's more like a beautiful sunrise meeting with a photographer. As for the hot springs, they take you to the mini Janu hot springs. It seemed to us that it was just heated water, but they say it doesn't smell, so who knows, maybe it isn't. And then to a cafe with a stunning view of Batur! A very beautiful view. After that, coffee plantations were supposed to be on the program, but we asked to be taken home. Many thanks to driver Bona for his flexibility.

Had a great experience with our guide Bawe. He is very polite and a pro photographer and took really great photos of us. The sunrise experience is mesmerising and everyone should visit once in their lifetime.

This is my second time surfing with 7 Surf Bali, and I'm so happy again! The instructors are really nice and helpful, and the service is great. They even take photos while we surf and share the link after the class. Such a fun experience, I highly recommend it for anyone coming to Bali! 🏄‍♀️🌴
