Ini adalah pertama kalinya kami naik jeep, dan Rio, pengemudi jeep kami, benar-benar membuat seluruh pengalaman ini menjadi sangat tak terlupakan! 😆 Selama perjalanan dari kaki hingga puncak Gunung Batur, Rio selalu memastikan kami merasa nyaman. Dia memutarkan musik untuk kami, sering memeriksa keadaan kami, dan memastikan kami mendapatkan perjalanan yang aman dan menyenangkan. Selain mengemudi, Rio juga membagikan banyak tips dan ide kreatif tentang cara berpose untuk foto. Dia sangat mahir mengambil foto dan video yang luar biasa, memastikan kami memiliki banyak momen berkesan untuk dibawa pulang. Dia bahkan berusaha lebih dengan berhenti di area hutan untuk mengambil foto dan video tambahan untuk kami! Kami sangat senang dan puas dengan foto dan video indah yang diambilnya, serta pelayanan luar biasa yang ia berikan sepanjang perjalanan. :)) Terima kasih, Rio, telah membuat pengalaman ini begitu istimewa. This was the best day of our time in Bali! Gino Cenk was absolutely amazing and we had the most wonderful day with him. He made the experience so worth it. He is professional, knowledgeable about the area, a great driver, photographer, and super thoughtful. The tour of the hidden waterfalls was super worth it because it’s less crowded and very beautiful. We then went to a free coffee plantation tasting! I can’t recommend enough, especially if you can get a day with Gino, try to request him! Genuinely the highlight of our trip.

Our customized itinerary for today with Klook was truly unforgettable! We visited the Tegalalang Rice Terraces, a breathtaking landscape that perfectly captured the beauty of Bali’s countryside. The Coffee Plantation was both educational and enjoyable, giving us the chance to learn about local coffee traditions and taste unique blends. The Butterfly Farm was a delightful stop, full of vibrant colors and peaceful surroundings. Penglipuran village gave us a glimpse into authentic Balinese tradition and culture. And finally, the Tegenungan Waterfall, we were amazed by the powerful cascade and refreshing atmosphere. What truly elevated the experience was our tour guide Mamoe. He was incredibly approachable, kind, and helpful, always ready to answer questions and share insights. His detailed explanations about each destination made the trip not only enjoyable but also enriching. We appreciated how he went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and engaged throughout our journey.

Damik was our tour guide and photographer today and we had the most wonderful day a 10/10 experience. Damik is the most smiley, happy, open person and made our day pure sunshine. He took us to the best locations and gave us great insite into the balinese culture. group size: 2 people

We wholeheartedly recommend all attractions and our driver and guide, Yudi! He has extensive knowledge of all the attractions we visited and shares it with genuine passion. He is also incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful—throughout the entire trip, he cared about our comfort and made us feel truly well looked after. The transportation was very comfortable, and the time we spent with Yudi passed in a wonderful atmosphere. We loved all the places we visited and thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour, but it was Yudi’s dedication that made the day truly special for us. Yudi is definitely the right person in the right position and a wonderful representative of the company. His employer should be proud to have such a professional, passionate, and kind person on the team. Thank you for the fantastic time!

Our driver Komang was the best and the Mt. Batur jeep ride sunrise was amazing and very beautiful! Guide took great pictures of us and was very patient and didn’t rush us at all. We were able to enjoy our time and even got to visit a coffee plantation as well.
