The driver was very kind, accommodating, and on time. The itinerary was also good. The driver recommended many things regarding Bali. We really recommend the driver.

I really enjoyed the photo trip with the MULIA guide. He drove well and stepped aside for a while for us to spend time when we arrived at the sightseeing spot, so I was able to relax. The terrace view is crazy at the restaurant he recommended. I recommend him!

We had a fantastic day on the Ubud Highlights Private Day Tour with Yoga as our guide. The tour was very well organised and gave us the opportunity to see some of Ubud’s best attractions, including the Monkey Forest, Elephant Cave, Batuan Temple and Tegenungan Waterfall. Yoga was an excellent guide — friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating throughout the day. He made sure we were comfortable, took us to each location at a relaxed pace, and was happy to answer all our questions. He also went out of his way to make the experience enjoyable and memorable. The private tour was a great way to explore Ubud without feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if you want to see several of Ubud’s highlights in one day.

Our guide, Dana, was so great on the Nusa Penida tour that we booked again, and Dana was our guide once more! They recommended a beautiful cafe in Kintamani and provided excellent explanations of temples and waterfalls, which helped us understand the culture well. We also got to experience Indonesian coffee, which was a wonderful experience! We'll definitely use this service again.

We had a wonderful day, packed with activities. While researching tours for the next day to go to a hotel in Ubud, I found a perfect itinerary and booked it. It was an excellent choice. Our guide, Suantara, spoke Korean well and was very informative when we asked questions. He also provided great explanations and took beautiful photos for us. He took us to all the places we needed to go and to great spots, always guiding us with a smile and making the experience enjoyable. Thank you.

This tour was one of the most memorable experiences I had in Bali! :) We went with our guide, Ali, on a route that included the zoo, Tegalalang, a coffee plantation (which we added), and Ubud Market. He picked us up from our accommodation and dropped us off again after the tour, making transportation very convenient. There were many unfamiliar sights as we drove past shops, buildings, and people, and Ali explained everything wonderfully each time. We naturally learned about the daily lives and culture of the Balinese people, which we would have missed otherwise. Even when we were exploring on our own after the tour, we'd often say, "Oh, Ali told us about this!" and recognize things. It's true that the more you know, the more enjoyable your trip becomes. So, if you're planning a tour, I personally think it's best to do it early in your trip. Afterward, when exploring other places, things that we might have overlooked started to catch our eye. We didn't have much difficulty traveling in English, but it was great to be able to comfortably hear about the local culture and life in Korean. I think those who are curious about Bali's culture and the lives of its local people, beyond just visiting tourist spots, will be very satisfied! :)

Great experience! Right after paying on Klook, we immediately received a WhatsApp confirmation message from the activity organizer regarding the pickup location and time. The day before the activity, Boby, our lovely driver, WhatsApped us to confirm the location with a picture of our hotel attached to his message. Boby was friendly, polite, and punctual. He arrived early to pick us up. Boby was skilled, drove smoothly, and told us more about Bali during the trips. We were offered our snorkeling gear and headed out to the sites right away. The boat captain looked after us the whole time. He explained the safe snorkeling area to us, making sure we wouldn't be pushed to the shore by waves. We saw beautiful fish and corals, even sighted a sea turtle, which made us very happy. The water temperature was 26 degrees C, a bit chilly for us, but pleasant. We spent a reasonable amount of time in the water and headed back to shore where we had a simple wash-up and changed back into dry clothes. After a simple but nice lunch, Boby drove us straight back to the hotel.
