I'll write this in a casual, informal style for Koreans. I was flustered because the confirmation email arrived the day before, but the phone number listed there didn't work, and there was no KakaoTalk ID. On the day of the tour, the guide will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a sign, so make sure to meet them. We departed from Seminyak; it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there in the morning, and 2 hours to return due to heavy traffic, so please keep that in mind. To get the photos taken at Bali Swing, there's an additional 200,000 Rupiah per person, and the photo files are transferred via USB by connecting to their computer, not through Instagram DM. The program includes lunch at the Bali Swing restaurant, but it's only a pool and not very good, so I recommend paying to eat at the restaurant in front of the Tegalalang rice paddies, as the guide suggested; it's much tastier. See the photos. Prices are around 80,000 to 100,000 Rupiah per menu item. You can choose whether or not to do the Tegalalang rice paddy trekking, which takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour, and you might get sweaty and return late, so choose if you want to; we didn't. 10 minutes is enough to see the Royal Palace, and when buying at the traditional market, they typically quote prices twice as high, so always remember to bargain appropriately. You might find unexpected treasures at the market. Also, there are a lot of people there, and traffic is hell, so avoid the heat while waiting for pickup; a hat, sunscreen, fan, or handheld fan are essential. At the end, they'll ask if you want to go to a coffee plantation; Bali Luwak coffee is famous, so I recommend going if you have time. If you search 'Satria' on Naver, there's a good blog post at the top; refer to it. Our guide, Ms. Alita, was kind and we chatted a lot, so the travel wasn't boring, and she taught us a lot about Balinese culture. She speaks Korean well, but surprisingly not English. It was a satisfying day tour that was worth the money!

We booked a tour including Bali Swing, River Rafting, Rice terrace, Ubud Tour (Ubud Palace and Art market) and massage. Driver WIDI was very nice and polite! He explained how the activities will be and where to pick us up before dropping us to every spots. Fast response thru WhatsApp too! He was very considerate and helped us to change the reservation time of massage due to bad traffic in Ubud center. Between the ubud tour and massage, we wanted to have a little tea break and he suggested a very nice restaurant called Pison. The massage treatment was in a spa of a resort, we enjoyed it very much!

Our pickup driver and guide, Mr. Woody, took great care of us from morning till night, meticulously looking after us at each activity and showing us much consideration. We went to Bali Swing early, took many photos without waiting in line, enjoyed rafting, and he even made time for us to explore the Ubud market during our tour. He also arranged for us to have dinner at the famous Nuri's restaurant and picked us up at our hotel late at night. He kindly and thoroughly answered all our questions. Guide and driver Mr. Woody is the best! Thanks to your kindness, we thoroughly enjoyed our Ubud trip. ^^

WIDI 기사님, 진심으로 추천드립니다! 저희는 원래 하루만 투어를 예약했는데, 하루 동안 함께해 보니 너무 만족스러워서 일정을 연장했고, 결국 총 3일 동안 WIDI 기사님과 동행하게 되었습니다. Klook 앱에서 예약하는 과정에서는 원하는 기사님을 직접 지정할 수 없는 것으로 알고 있습니다. 하지만 예약 후 카카오톡으로 오는 확정 메시지의 파일을 열어 맨 아래로 내려가면 WhatsApp 연락처가 하나 나옵니다. 해당 번호는 WIDI 기사님의 상사분 연락처인데, 예약 후 기사님이 배정되기 전에 WIDI 기사님으로 배정받고 싶다고 요청하시면 가능할 것 같습니다. WIDI 기사님에 대해 간단히 소개해 드리자면, 일단 한국어로 유머를 구사하실 수 있을 정도로 한국어가 정말 유창하십니다. 그리고 기사 일을 하신 지도 벌써 20년 정도 되었다고 하시더라고요. 무엇보다 기사님께서 정말 친절하셨습니다. 저희가 여행 중간중간 변덕스럽게 일정을 변경하기도 했는데, 항상 친절하게 응해 주시는 것은 물론이고 오히려 더 좋은 장소를 추천해 주시면서 안내해 주셨습니다. 차량 내부도 정말 깔끔했습니다. 사진에서 보시는 것처럼 휴지도 항상 비치되어 있었고, 매일 물 한 병씩도 각자 자리에 미리 준비해 주셨습니다. 물론 다른 기사님들도 여행 중 사진을 찍어주시고, 원숭이 사원처럼 조심해야 하는 장소에서는 함께 동행해 주실 수도 있다고 생각합니다. 하지만 뭐랄까… WIDI 기사님은 정말 정이 많으시고, 사진도 굉장히 열정적으로 찍어주세요ㅋㅋㅋㅠㅠ 사진을 정말 잘 찍어주셔서 여행 내내 너무 감사했습니다. 이렇게 저희가 원래 하루였던 투어를 3일로 연장하면서까지 WIDI 기사님과 함께한 이유를 소개해 드렸습니다. 발리 여행을 계획하고 계신다면 다들 빠르게 예약해서 WIDI 기사님 꼭 사수하시길 추천드립니다! 정말 좋은 기사님 덕분에 더 즐겁고 편안한 여행을 할 수 있었습니다.😊

It was a truly fulfilling and enjoyable tour! My husband also had a great time and loved it. We especially had a better time thanks to our guide, Pardiasa. He was very kind and his Korean was excellent, which made our trip very comfortable. He planned the itinerary considering the time and weather, so we didn't have to wait in lines or walk for long, which was great. He also explained Indonesian religion and traditions while we were driving, so it wasn't boring at all. And he recommended a delicious Babi Guling restaurant, so we had a good dinner and a pleasant time. If I have a chance next time, I'd love to tour with Pardiasa again :) I highly recommend him to those with children or those traveling with their parents!

Unser Fahrer, Pak Kimbaksa, ist definitiv der Richtige, der Ihnen ein Gefühl der Sicherheit vermittelt und freundlich für Gespräche ist. Sehr empfehlenswert, über Klook zu buchen, um eine problemlose und zuverlässige Organisation zu gewährleisten.

Our driver Kimbaksa is a very good and friendly driver. We are very happy with his service. He even drove us around Bali to find masks when they were sold out everywhere, but he still tried his best to make sure we got them. He also took us to a nice and good place for seafood dinner, which was not included in our package. He drove us around until 9 PM, even though our package was only until 6 PM. He is a very good and kind driver I have ever met. Thank you for the services provided.
