I was surprised at how fluent the guide was in Korean, more so than I expected (Lee Soo-man article). It was an amazingly good experience because they also had a deep understanding of the differences between Balinese and Korean cultures. They were flexible with the schedule and even told witty Korean-style jokes, making for a comfortable trip. Although Bali has many motorcycles and narrow roads, meaning traffic conditions aren't ideal, the guide did their best to provide a pleasant journey until the very end. I'm also satisfied with the tour package.

It was such a wonderful trip. I traveled with Adi, our guide, who arrived on time, waited patiently, and allowed us to depart at a relaxed pace. The vehicle was clean, and the back seats were comfortable. The safari was hot, but there were sections where we rode in the vehicle and moved between shaded areas, so it wasn't too strenuous overall. Our guide timed our visits perfectly for the shows, provided excellent explanations, and even took photos for us. There were many animal feeding programs, which the kids absolutely loved. We saw so much, and Adi also recommended a great restaurant, so we had a delicious lunch. Most restaurants accept cash, so it's a good idea to have some extra money on hand. We stopped at a coffee plantation, and I would have regretted it if we hadn't gone. We were able to sample an incredible variety of teas and coffees in a breezy spot. It was perfect for buying gifts for coffee-loving friends, and even for those who don't like coffee, there were so many types of tea that they'd find something to buy. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, and the prices were good, so I bought a lot of Luwak coffee. Everyone was feeling the heat, so Adi took us to an indoor art market, which was cool and made choosing souvenirs very easy. The staff were friendly and didn't pressure us to buy anything. I bought all my souvenir gifts there. It was great to sort out gifts there, as Nusa Dua is very expensive. The Jimbaran dinner was at sunset, so even though it was a bit hot, everyone, from seniors to children, enjoyed the delicious meal. Even if you take casual photos, you'll end up with some amazing shots. Oh, if you like coconut, ask for it with ice – it's delicious! If you're traveling with seniors or children and are considering this trip, I highly recommend it. Adi, our guide, checked on our condition periodically and took care of everything seamlessly, making it a truly fulfilling day. Thank you.

I was worried at first because I didn't hear back after making the reservation, but when we met on the day of the reservation, they were incredibly kind. We went with our 18-month-old baby, and Guide Mabo Seok was so kind and helpful, which was great. For the Ubud tour, 1-2 days are enough to enjoy it fully, and for the safari tour, I recommend going in the morning to enjoy more activities.

The travel time is too long and the roads are very congested, so the actual tour time is very short compared to the travel distance. If you're not going to trek in the rice paddies, you'll spend about 10 minutes at the palace, 15 minutes at the market, 30-40 minutes at Tanah Lot, and 15 minutes at the rice paddies, with the rest of the time spent traveling. Fortunately, our guide WARA was very kind. If you're just looking at the program itself, I recommend programs categorized as 'South' or 'Ubud'.
