ড্রাইভার খুব দয়ালু, সহযোগী এবং সময়নিষ্ঠ ছিলেন। ভ্রমণসূচীও ভালো ছিল। ড্রাইভার বালি সম্পর্কে অনেক কিছু সুপারিশ করেছিলেন। আমরা সত্যিই এই ড্রাইভারকে সুপারিশ করি।

দিনের সবচেয়ে উল্লেখযোগ্য অংশ ছিল আমাদের ড্রাইভার - আগুস। তার নিবেদিত আবেগ, উৎসাহের স্পৃহা এবং গ্রাহক পরিষেবা সন্তুষ্টি, তিনি শুধু পাঁচ তারা নয়, ১০০ তারা পাওয়ার যোগ্য। এই ট্রিপটি আবার বুক করতে চাই, এটিভি ভালো ছিল কিন্তু অসাধারণ নয়, বালি বিনতাং রাফটিং এখন পর্যন্ত সবচেয়ে রোমাঞ্চকর অ্যাডভেঞ্চার, উবুদের জন্য অবশ্যই চেষ্টা করার মতো একটি প্যাকেজ।

মুলিয়া গাইডের সাথে ছবি তোলার ভ্রমণটি সত্যিই দারুণ ছিল। গাইড খুব ভালোভাবে গাড়ি চালিয়েছেন এবং দর্শনীয় স্থানে পৌঁছানোর পর আমাদের দুজনকে নিজেদের মতো সময় কাটানোর জন্য কিছুক্ষণ সরে দাঁড়িয়েছিলেন, তাই আমরা স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যে সময় কাটাতে পেরেছিলাম। তিনি যে রেস্তোরাঁর সুপারিশ করেছিলেন, সেটির টেরেসের দৃশ্য অসাধারণ ছিল। আমি তাকে সুপারিশ করছি!

We came to Bali for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time touring with our guide, Jumatta! 😊 From start to finish, he was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable during our travels, which allowed us to enjoy our trip without any worries. Thanks to him, we saw many beautiful places in Bali and made countless happy memories. This trip was especially memorable as it was our honeymoon, and we believe we were able to enjoy it even more comfortably and happily thanks to our guide, Jumatta. Great experience! right after paying in Klook, we already received WhatsApp confirmation message from the activity organiser about pickup place n time. Day before the activity, Boby our lovely driver had WhatsApp us to confirm the place with our hotel picture attached in his message. Boby was friendly, polite and punctual. He was early when picking us up. Boby was skillful, driving smoothly and told us more about Bali along the trips. We were offered our snorkling gear and headed out to the sites right away. the boat captain had looked after us the whole time. he explained to us the area for safe snorkelling, making sure we would not be pushed to the shore by waves. we saw beautiful fishes and corals, even sighted a sea turtle, so happy. water temp was 26 degree C, a bit chill for us, but pleasant. we did a reasonable time in the water and headed back to shore where we had simple wash up and changed back to dry clothes. a simple but nice lunch, and Boby drove us straight back to hotel.

Our guide, Dana, was so great on the Nusa Penida tour that we booked again, and Dana was our guide once more! They recommended a beautiful cafe in Kintamani and provided excellent explanations of temples and waterfalls, which helped us understand the culture well. We also got to experience Indonesian coffee, which was a wonderful experience! We'll definitely use this service again.

We had a wonderful day, packed with activities. While researching tours for the next day to go to a hotel in Ubud, I found a perfect itinerary and booked it. It was an excellent choice. Our guide, Suantara, spoke Korean well and was very informative when we asked questions. He also provided great explanations and took beautiful photos for us. He took us to all the places we needed to go and to great spots, always guiding us with a smile and making the experience enjoyable. Thank you.

It was great that the guide spoke Korean well. The day before the tour, they contacted me via WhatsApp, and I sent them my pickup location. They arrived right on time. I really appreciated that they spoke Korean so well and drove comfortably. We did rafting with a different company, and the rest of the tours were with our guide. The itinerary was flexible and could be adjusted. I think this would be a great choice for Koreans.
