My husband and I were both very satisfied with this guided tour. The reason is that having the history and culture of Indonesia explained in Korean allowed us to understand and enjoy it much more. The vehicle was also comfortable, and since the temples, volcano, and coffee plantation were quite a distance apart, it was great to be able to rest in the car. We appreciated that our opinions were fully reflected among the various choices, and we were safely taken back to our hotel despite the terrible traffic jam until the very end. Thank you.

누사페니다 투어에서 다나 가이드가 너무 좋았어서 또 예약했는데 다나 가이드가 나와줬어요!! 킨타마니에서 예쁜 카페도 추천해주고 사원이나 폭포 등 설명을 잘해줘서 문화도 잘 이해할 수 있었습니다! 인도네시아 커피체험도 해보고 너무 좋은 경험이었네요!! 다음에 또 이용할게요

I was surprised by Astu's Korean language skills. He was so good that he could almost be Korean; apart from his soft voice, there was no language-related inconvenience during the tour. Also, when we asked for many masks because we needed them, he helped us buy a lot at the supermarket even though there was a limit of two per person, which was very satisfying. It was great that he always looked out for tourists and provided many conveniences. Although the hot weather made us tired, he kept the air conditioning on full blast in the car, and the driver himself had such a good personality that we felt comfortable throughout the tour. Lidana, our guide, was excellent! She changed the itinerary as we requested, took great photos, had good Korean pronunciation, and explained everything calmly and clearly. My mom insisted I mention that the guide was handsome, haha. We were in another area and suddenly wanted to visit Ubud, so we booked the tour last minute the day before, and we were very satisfied :)

Thanks to driver Yutaka, who not only speaks Korean but also has extensive knowledge, our trip was enjoyable and fulfilling. He did a great job researching lunch spots, so we had a delicious meal. He was punctual, of course, and took such wonderful photos that we now have many great family pictures! ^^

The itinerary itself wasn't too tight, and the waterfall was great, as were the views of the temple and the volcanic lake. Enjoying Luwak coffee while looking at the rice terraces was also charming and pleasant. However, since our accommodation was in Kuta, the traffic on the way back after visiting Ubud Market was quite heavy, and it took us almost two hours, which was a bit tiring. We traveled under the guidance of Sumatta, who was very kind and helpful, so we had no inconveniences. He also took great photos and looked after our daughter well. Although he mentioned he was self-taught, his Korean proficiency wasn't outstanding, so there were limitations when asking and answering detailed questions, which was a slight disappointment.

Thank you, driver Yutama, for being with us. You explained things well in Korean, and when we were tired during the journey, you thoughtfully focused on the key spots. You were kind and had good manners.

I was able to make wonderful memories seeing the sights of Ubud and Kintamani. Thanks to our kind guide, Argan, we were also able to choose a delicious restaurant :)
