We had an amazing experience on the Hidden Waterfalls Tour. Our guide Juli was extremely punctual, knowledgeable, and very pleasant throughout the day. Juli was also a smooth and safe driver—no small feat given that Bali’s roads can feel like an adrenaline rush on their own! He took great photos for us and never rushed us at any of the locations, which really allowed us to enjoy each stop. Highly recommend this tour and Juli as a guide. Note for the tour itself, it requires decent physical endurance. There's a lot of up and down very steep stairs, and crossing through moving water. Also wear quick drying clothes and sandals that don't come off easily (lots of people were losing flip flops or struggling with slippery shoes).

Tuvimos un gran día recorriendo las cascadas. La conductora, Lila, fue muy amable e informativa sobre todos los temas. Disfrutamos mucho de Tukad. (Asegúrense de usar buenos zapatos para el agua). El tráfico estuvo bien y no había multitudes, a finales de octubre. En la mayoría de las cascadas hay muchos lugares para conseguir comida y bebida, incluso alquilar toallas si es necesario.

This was the best day of our time in Bali! Gino Cenk was absolutely amazing and we had the most wonderful day with him. He made the experience so worth it. He is professional, knowledgeable about the area, a great driver, photographer, and super thoughtful. The tour of the hidden waterfalls was super worth it because it’s less crowded and very beautiful. We then went to a free coffee plantation tasting! I can’t recommend enough, especially if you can get a day with Gino, try to request him! Genuinely the highlight of our trip.

The waterfalls were amazing and beautiful. Only Tukad Cepung waterfall was relatively crowded with a constant stream of people coming in for photos; the crowd level at the rest of the waterfalls was fairly manageable. Some trekking was required to get to the waterfall from the car park area, and some of the treks can be quite steep and require strenuous effort. My driver, Junior, was very polite and welcoming. The car ride was very comfortable.

Una de las experiencias más geniales de mi viaje a Bali fue poder ver las pintorescas cascadas y también tener la oportunidad de nadar en el agua de abajo, ya que eso no suele estar permitido en las zonas de mi casa en Australia. Definitivamente te recomiendo que vayas tú mismo, agua refrescante y paisajes impresionantes por todas partes, solo ten cuidado al entrar y salir del agua, ya que tienen rocas muy resbaladizas y afiladas por todas partes. El bosque de monos también debería estar en tu lista de deseos, es muy divertido verlos jugar y luchar entre sí, y la zona también tiene algunos templos y estatuas de piedra realmente hermosos entre la vegetación para que los veas mientras estás allí. Nuestro guía turístico, Oki, apodado "Oki Doki", fue súper amable y conocedor de todos los lugares que exploramos ese día, y mis amigos y yo aprendimos mucho sobre la cultura, las religiones y las costumbres generales de Indonesia a través de él. Se expresaba con elocuencia y estaba abierto a todo tipo de preguntas. Definitivamente es la persona a la que acudir si buscas una experiencia divertida y educativa al explorar Bali, así que si tienes la oportunidad de solicitar un guía, ¡definitivamente pide a Oki Doki! The best tour guide in Bali! So nice, informative, and welcoming. The tour was so smooth and fun. We enjoyed it so much. Our requests were granted and we weren’t rushed. We also had a photographer! and easy access to busy areas.

Tour guide Wira has good English, enabling him to communicate and introduce attractions effectively. Furthermore, his service is excellent; he is polite and takes responsibility for taking photos and carrying personal belongings for you. Additionally, his car is equipped with cold water, so you don't have to worry about not having water to drink during long journeys.

Dewa was really great! He made sure we got to places on time and waited patiently for us. Overall, a great experience!

Everything was perfect, Ade guided us wonderfully through the day. If we wanted a change in the plan, it was no problem. We would travel with him again.
