This was the best day of our time in Bali! Gino Cenk was absolutely amazing and we had the most wonderful day with him. He made the experience so worth it. He is professional, knowledgeable about the area, a great driver, photographer, and super thoughtful. The tour of the hidden waterfalls was super worth it because it’s less crowded and very beautiful. We then went to a free coffee plantation tasting! I can’t recommend enough, especially if you can get a day with Gino, try to request him! Genuinely the highlight of our trip.

Our customized itinerary for today with Klook was truly unforgettable! We visited the Tegalalang Rice Terraces, a breathtaking landscape that perfectly captured the beauty of Bali’s countryside. The Coffee Plantation was both educational and enjoyable, giving us the chance to learn about local coffee traditions and taste unique blends. The Butterfly Farm was a delightful stop, full of vibrant colors and peaceful surroundings. Penglipuran village gave us a glimpse into authentic Balinese tradition and culture. And finally, the Tegenungan Waterfall, we were amazed by the powerful cascade and refreshing atmosphere. What truly elevated the experience was our tour guide Mamoe. He was incredibly approachable, kind, and helpful, always ready to answer questions and share insights. His detailed explanations about each destination made the trip not only enjoyable but also enriching. We appreciated how he went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and engaged throughout our journey.

Damik was our tour guide and photographer today and we had the most wonderful day a 10/10 experience. Damik is the most smiley, happy, open person and made our day pure sunshine. He took us to the best locations and gave us great insite into the balinese culture. group size: 2 people

He is also incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful—throughout the entire trip, he cared about our comfort and made us feel truly well looked after. The transportation was very comfortable, and the time we spent with Yudi passed in a wonderful atmosphere. We loved all the places we visited and thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour, but it was Yudi’s dedication that made the day truly special for us. Yudi is definitely the right person in the right position and a wonderful representative of the company. Our driver Komang was the best and the Mt. Batur jeep ride sunrise was amazing and very beautiful! Guide took great pictures of us and was very patient and didn’t rush us at all. We were able to enjoy our time and even got to visit a coffee plantation as well.

We booked a private transfer for two. It seems they always give 2 pick up time options due to traffic and peak season. Since we are not early risers, we stick to 8am pick up from our hotel in Jimbaran. The snorkeling was on a shared boat with a pro guide—we fed the fish in the water, saw Nemo hiding in the corals and a small manta ray at Tanjung Jepun! Afterwards, we used the standard public showers and our guide unexpectedly provided us towels which was nice. After lunch, Andre drove us to a lovely, clean coffee plantation in the cool highlands - tried 15 drinks! Finally, he accompanied us to the shuttle bus, tickets, and lines at the Gate of Heaven, we hardly had to wait! We passed our hp to the staff and he took amazing photos of us! Just 50m walk uphill there's also a Bali swing place and dress rentals. Our day was totally relaxing, stress-free, and memorable. Thank you and 5 stars to our guide, Andre!
