Guide Sudarmawan We were with you! I was touched by the very kind guide. There was a barbie gulling restaurant we wanted to go to, so I asked if we could change the waterfall tour to another one, and they gladly accepted it, so it was a very satisfying tour. As a veteran guide, he guided us through the photo spots, was very good at taking pictures, and he actively took videos and sent them to AirDrop! It was so nice to go to a coffee farm that wasn't on the plan, and the shop helped me negotiate because I have many friends around the tourist attraction. I didn't have a battery on my phone, but I borrowed it from the staff of Lempu Yang Temple to help me recharge my phone, and it was the most kind guide ever! Thank you!

What a lovely jam-packed tour we had with our amazing guide PUTU DEO! From the moment he collected us from the hotel, to each stop along the way (including a surprise scenic view buffet lunch at Lereng Agung), we had a blast. Deo also stepped in as guest photographer, filming beautiful footage of us at the Goa Rajo waterfall, Tirtha Gangga and Gates of Heaven. At the Coffee Plantation we sampled the famous Kopi Lewak. Everything was well organised, comfortable and great value for our private 12 hour day tour. Highly recommend DEO as your tour guide to see all the wonderful sights of Bali!

We had booked the Ubud Highlights and Lempuyang Gates of Heaven private tour and it was honestly one of the best tours we have been on. Our driver and guide Putu Deo went above and beyond, educating us about the local culture and specialties as well as doubling as our photographer/videographer. Like many comments said, he has top tier filming and picture taking experience, knowing what spots are good and how to photograph it nicely. As a tour guide, you can tell that his 23 years of experience isn't just for show either. He's got connections and seems pretty cozy with the people working at the different sites, which is good. He was also very kind and willing to help us carry our tickets or bags during the Lempuyang Temple photos. Overall it was a very good experience with a terrific tour guide. Definitely recommend!

To visit Lempuyang Temple, the Gate of Heaven, which was the highlight of our Bali trip, I applied through Klook with a former colleague, and it was a stroke of luck to meet Yoga, the best driver and guide. Thanks to his kind and detailed guidance, we were able to complete our itinerary to the Gate of Heaven, Ubud Jungle Swing, Satria Agrotourism, Tukad Cepung Waterfall, and Tirta Gangga very satisfactorily. He took photos like a professional photographer and provided excellent explanations. I thank him once again. I had an amazing 12-hour trip in Bali with Eka as my guide. He was attentive and caring throughout the day, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. From the rice terraces and coffee plantation to the jungle swing, waterfall, and a lovely lunch, everything was well arranged. Visiting Tirta Gangga and finally the Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple was unforgettable, and Eka’s thoughtful guidance made it even more special. His warmth and professionalism turned a long day into one of my a memorable experiences in Bali.

We left the hotel at 7 AM. Our guide was PTUDE, who was very friendly and kind. What was most wonderful was that after arriving at each tourist spot, instead of waiting in the parking lot, he accompanied us inside, took photos and videos with professional-level camera work, and entertained us greatly. During car rides, there was always enjoyable conversation, which was very heartwarming. He taught us Indonesian, played popular music, and the trip was full of interesting topics and laughter. His driving was very safe. Even those who aren't very good at English can enjoy it with peace of mind. It was so much fun! 😆

We had an amazing guided tour in Bali—definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The itinerary was well-organized and covered some truly stunning spots. Lempuyang’s “Heaven Gate” and Tirta Gangga were both beautiful and peaceful, showcasing the island’s incredible temples and water gardens. Lunch was delicious and made even better by the fantastic view. Tukad Cepug Waterfall was absolutely magical, with sunlight streaming through the cave creating a unique atmosphere. Tegallalang Rice Terrace was equally impressive, and the zip line added a fun, adventurous touch with great views. A special mention to our driver, Herry, who was kind, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. He also took amazing photos and videos for us, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, a perfect mix of nature, culture, and adventure—highly recommended!

Herry와 함께한 동부 발리 투어는 정말 멋진 시간이었어요! 그는 여행 내내 매우 상세한 설명을 해주었고, 운전도 부드럽고 안전하며 효율적이었습니다. 특히 인상 깊었던 점은 그가 우리의 사진을 얼마나 사려 깊고 아름답게 찍어주었는지였어요. 그는 특히 한국 여행객들이 좋아할 만한 방식으로 멋진 사진을 찍는 방법을 정말 잘 알고 있었습니다. 렘푸양 사원에서는 우리가 기다리는 동안 그는 재빨리 앞서가서 대기 번호를 받아주었고, 기다리는 동안에도 우리를 위해 많은 추가 사진을 찍어주었습니다. 기다리는 동안 그는 흥미로운 사실과 설명을 공유하며 우리를 즐겁게 해주었습니다. 띠르따 강가에서는 최고의 사진 명소를 모두 알고 있었고, 우리가 정말 만족할 만한 멋진 사진들을 찍어주었습니다. 그는 또한 조각상과 사원 구조에 대해 매우 상세하게 설명해주어 우리의 경험에 깊이를 더해주었습니다. 가장 인상 깊었던 것은 그의 유연성과 타이밍 감각이었습니다. 그는 폭포로 가기 전에 점심을 먹도록 일정을 영리하게 조정했는데, 폭포는 꽤 많이 올라가야 했기 때문에 완벽한 선택이었습니다. 점심 식사 장소도 아름다운 경치를 자랑했고 사진 찍을 기회도 많았습니다! 폭포에서도 그는 주저 없이 우리를 위해 계속 사진을 찍어주었고, 심지어 자신도 조금 젖는 것을 개의치 않았습니다. 그는 다양한 식물들을 설명해주었고, 사진을 위한 최고의 각도를 모두 알고 있었는데, 한국 관광객들에게 정말 완벽했습니다. 뜨갈랄랑에서도 그는 다시 한번 최고의 사진 명소를 모두 찾아주었고, 밝고 긍정적인 에너지로 우리를 안내해주어 미소가 끊이지 않았습니다. 그는 우리를 숙소에 안전하게 내려다주었고, 마지막에는 우리와 함께 사진도 찍어주었습니다. 정말 진심 어린 작별 인사였습니다. 처음부터 끝까지 정말 멋진 경험이었어요. 사진을 좋아하거나 카메라에 아름답고 의미 있는 순간을 담는 것을 즐기는 한국 여행객이라면 Herry와 함께하는 투어를 강력히 추천합니다!

Our first time in Bali for our honeymoon! We joined a day trip to Ubud, and it was truly the best day ever! Thanks to our guide, TuGus, we efficiently visited all the places we wanted to see. He was always smiling and friendly, making us feel completely at ease and able to enjoy ourselves. It felt like traveling with a friend. If we had tried to navigate this on our own, we would have definitely gotten lost, haha! He didn't just take photos; he suggested great spots and poses, saying, "This place is perfect!" The results were professional-level. We made the best memories, perfect for our honeymoon. We were a bit nervous about our first time in Ubud, but TuGus's constant kind consideration kept us relaxed throughout the day. It wasn't just a regular tour; it was truly a time where he helped us create lasting memories. The next time we go to Bali, we will definitely ask TuGus again without hesitation! We also happened to meet TuGus's uncle, and he was wonderful too! ^_^

The day was amazing. We visited all the places listed in the itinerary and also stopped by a coffee shop for a tasting of various coffee and tea varieties, as well as a cafe with a beautiful view of Mount Agung. The cafe was buffet-style, but the selection of dishes was small. I would like to express special thanks to our guide, TuGus. He told us many interesting things about Indonesian culture, was with us the whole time, and helped with descriptions of the routes and attractions.
