Booked the tour only the night before. Got a quick response from our guide Wayan. Wayan was punctual, briefed us the itinerary at the beginning that we will go to. Car is clean and comfortable with bottle water provided. My mom is not good at walking and Wayan took care of us the whole way. He explained all the scenic points and let us learn more about Bali. Of course he helped us with lots and lots of photos. Driving is safe and comfortable. Will definitely recommend our guide to everyone.

Tuvimos un día maravilloso, DIAS fue nuestro conductor y tuvo buena comunicación y es un gran conductor. El rafting y el ATV estuvieron bien organizados y el almuerzo fue realmente bueno. Lo recomendaría al 100%, no puedo esperar a volver. El único inconveniente es que las bebidas de los vendedores externos a lo largo del río eran un poco caras.

Our tour guide, Margon, picked us up at our hotel in Ubud. He patiently waited for us since we had an early check-out from our hotel. He was very helpful and accommodating, taking our pictures and even telling us the stories of the places we visited.

We had an amazing experience with the Ubud ATV and Water Rafting package! From the very beginning, everything was smooth and well-organised. A special shoutout to our driver, Herry, who was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain the day's itinerary, gave us a clear breakdown of the activities, and shared helpful tips on what to expect, which made us feel comfortable and excited for the adventure ahead. The water rafting was definitely a highlight. The scenery along the river was beautiful, and the rapids provided the perfect balance of excitement and adventure. Our guide, Bagus, was engaging and ensured everyone felt safe while enjoying the experience. The ATV ride was equally enjoyable. The trail was exciting with plenty muddy tracks, a tunnel, and scenic routes that made the ride both thrilling and memorable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great service, friendly staff, and unforgettable activities.

Me apunté a un tour privado con Jerry porque, como viajera en solitario, quería flexibilidad durante todo el día. Jerry fue mi conductor y guía turístico. Llegó temprano, en un coche súper cómodo, y estaba muy bien informado mientras caminábamos por los diferentes sitios a los que me llevó. También me llevó a un lugar muy chulo para hacerme las populares fotos en el columpio, lo cual me encantó y me las hizo con mi iPhone. El restaurante donde paramos a almorzar tenía el mejor Nasi Goreng que he probado en Bali. En general, disfruté mucho de mi viaje y volvería a contratar a Jerry como mi guía. ¡También hace fotos y vídeos muy chulos! De hecho, en el templo, otros turistas le pedían que les hiciera fotos después de ver lo bien que quedaban las mías.

Our guide and driver, Mr. Gunawan, was very polite, humble, and helpful throughout the day. I recommend everyone ask for him as their guide.

Had an absolutely incredible time on the ATV tour! The trails were amazing, the equipment was top-notch, and the views were stunning. A huge shoutout to the guides who kept it safe but incredibly fun and exciting. If you're looking for an adventure, this is an absolute must-do. 10/10 highly recommend! I just wanted to say a huge thank Yola for driving me around all day today. I really appreciate your patience, safe driving, and excellent service. You made a long day so much easier!
