Aula de Culinária em Ubud

꽤 멀리 들어갔지만 덕분에 드라이브도 하고 좋았네요. 친절하고 프랜들리한 분위기의 스몰토크와 함께 즐겁고 유익한 발리 전통 음식 만들기를 했습니다. 마켓에 가서 처음 보는 낯선 과일에 대해 자세히 알려주었는데, 크기마다 다른 맛을 가진 스네이크프룻을 맛봐서 흥미로웠습니다. 요리는 9가지나 만들어야해서 꽤 할게 많았어요. 설명과 함께 지루하지 않게 썰고 볶고 만지작거리기까지 하면서 즐거웠습니다. 왕 추천입니다!

발리 최고의 가성비를 자랑하는 투어상품 입니다. 저는 친구와 동행해서 2.7만원 대에 다녀왔는데요, 8가지 요리+1가지 디저트 뿐만 아니라 오전타임 한정 로컬시장 구경 이 모든게 포함된 금액이었어요. 특히 로컬시장 구경은 꼭꼭꼭! 해보시길 바래요! 여러가지 현지 과일들과 디저트를 맛보여주셨고, 여러가지 발리의 문화도 함께 설명해주셨어요. 요리수업 역시 너무 친절하게 하나하나 알려주시니 영어 못하셔도 재미있게 체험하실 수 있구요, 선생님+스텝 모두 너무너무너무 친절하셔요ㅠ 전 솔직히 바투르산 투어 갈 바에 쿠킹클래스 추천할래요

Super awesome! You must arrange this tour when you come to Bali. If you join the morning class, you'll first visit a local market to learn about unique local fruits, vegetables, or foods. You can buy what you like, or not (no pressure!). Then, you'll take a short walk through the rice fields. Afterwards, you'll return to the class location (a local home), where ingredients will be introduced and you'll be taught how to cook. I think the process is wonderfully designed, with almost no dull moments or wasted time waiting around. There are surprises one after another, but whether you like them or not is a matter of personal taste. As for the course experience itself, it's fantastic! Highly recommended! It was my favorite part of this Bali trip!

호텔까지 정확한 시간에 도착해서 픽업해주고, 체계적인 일정으로 알찬 4시간을 보냈습니다. 현지시장을 둘러볼 수 있는걸로도 재미있는 경험이었고 발리 가정집에서 직접 요리하며 발리에 대해 더욱 가까워진 느낌이었습니다. 그룹 쿠킹이긴 하지만 모인 사람들 모두 즐겁게 참여하였고 아이들과 함께 온 가족들도 전혀 어려움없이 참여하는걸 볼 수 있었어요. 발리 현지 음식, 시장, 가정집, 동네를 보는 것은 쿠킹클래스만한 것이 없습니다. 우붓에서 다소 먼 느낌이긴했지만 그 또한 여행의 일부분처럼 느껴졌고, 발리 특성상 아주 깔끔한 느낌은 아니지만, 불안할만한 요소는 전혀없었습니다.

픽업 서비스, 시장 투어, 요리 수업까지 즐겁고 의미있는 시간이었습니다. 선생님의 설명이 상세하고 재밌었고 다른 스탭 분들도 매우 친절하고 적절한 서비스를 해주셨습니다. 요리 자체고 어렵지 않았고 원활하게 진행되도록 전 직원분들이 많이 신경써주셨습니다. 마지막에 드롭 서비스는 호텔까지 가지 않고 도중에 내려 주셔서 돌아갈 때 좀 힘들었던 것 빼고는 다 괜찮았습니다. 다른 분들과 함께 메인 도로에 내렸기 때문에 각자 숙소를 찾아가는 상황이었습니다. 서로 Where are we? 를 묻는 상태였는데 길을 못찾아갈 곳은 아니었으나 특별한 설명이 없어서 서로 당황했었네요. 전체적으로는 너무 즐거운 경험이었습니다!

What an amazing class! The chef was very friendly and accommodating. He brought us to the local market and shared details of the daily offerings. My wife and I learned different Balinese recipes and cooking techniques. The chef had a great sense of humor, and we loved the whole new experience of cooking and getting to know their culture a little bit more. It was a blessing that we were the only ones for the class, as most of the participants had signed up for the afternoon session. However, we could not finish what we cooked, and he even helped us to pack it in a box. Overall, we had an extraordinary experience with this cooking class. Highly Recommended! No Regrets!

The experience was fun. I was able to learn about and be exposed to local food. Being able to see, smell, and taste it is a fun way of discovering the culture. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. The location is far from the city, so be on time at the pickup point and take advantage of the free service. Even if you're traveling solo, it's not a problem.

I had an amazing time on this tour and would highly recommend it. I was picked up from my hotel in central Ubud at 7:30am and taken to a local morning market, where our guide explained the different fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices used in Balinese cooking. We also got to try some local fruits etc. After a short drive to the cooking class, the guide walked us through the ingredients and recipes for the 9 Balinese dishes we made. Most ingredients were already prepped, which made the class run smoothly and let us focus on the cooking, time for short breaks and then eating!!! The food was absolutely delicious 😋 The guides all checked in on our preferences for vegetarian, spice tolerance etc. The whole experience was very well organised, professional, and hygienic (for Bali). The staff were fun, and other guests were all so friendly - a mix of solo travellers, couples, and friends. Such a great experiences in Bali!

What an amazing experience. I booked this cooking class just 2 days before, but the whole process was seamless, and the team communicated clearly and early that the driver would be late. It was very fun to tour the morning market and cook Balinese food and taste it afterwards.

Everything was fantastic! We started at the food markets and were told about local fruits and food. Then we went to the kitchen to cook some amazing dishes. The host was hilarious and knowledgeable. We could even see a giant volcano from the kitchen. 10/10 would recommend.
