Absolument incroyable ! L'expérience entière a été tout simplement magnifique. Notre chauffeur a fait des pieds et des mains pour nous faire visiter, nous permettant de profiter pleinement de l'expérience balinaise en chemin vers notre séance photo et notre aventure en VTT. Toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées étaient chaleureuses, accueillantes et gentilles. Je n'aurais pas pu rêver d'une meilleure expérience et je réserverai certainement à nouveau.

We were here last November 16th and we really enjoyed it. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, and we had a great time on the swing. I rented the red dress, and it looked very pretty on me. I paid extra for the photographer so I could get good copies, but you can also use your phone camera, and the staff are willing to take your photos and videos. It was very enjoyable and fun. Highly recommended to visit this place. Thanks KLOOK.

Ubud swing and Tegalalang areas are super nice. But the tour guide is the worst. Aggressively brought us to see borang dance, silver factory and batik factories till 2pm. I reached monkey forest at 2:20pm. swing at 3:30pm. And 5pm reached coffee plantation. Only took a picture of Tegalalang rice field at night mode. He still wanted to bring us to Jimbaran for dinner. Which is operated by his brother. And he intended to bring us to a painting shop which is operated by his friend. I was super frustrated and can’t do anything about this. He was not listening and insisted bringing us to those expensive arts crafting places. I wrote in to Bali Sun Tours to complaint, but nobody look into the issue. As well as trip advisor. Please be extra cautious when sign up tour in Bali. Most of the platform didn’t mention that we will be brought to extra places and been forced to watch unnecessary show with your own pocket money. And they are very harsh in selling us over price “photo” . Honestly, the tour didn’t meet my purpose and ruined my plan. In fact, Tegalalang area is really nice and the itineraries written in the package is really nice and attractive. The platform didn’t manage the tour guide and the tour agency they are partner with. In fact, they allow the tour guide to abuse tourist’s benefit. This is totally unacceptable. We reached hotel at 9:30pm due to heavy traffic jam from Ubud to Seminyak.and we have dinner at 10pm. Really not worth the trip. Photos of extra activities as below. Rice field is taken after sunset. We didn’t manage to go in, too dark and dangerous. Coffee one hour before they close shop. And the dinner receipt is the time we just finished dinner due to the “merry go round” of the tour guide. I can’t believe this is the top rating tour and given excellent award by Trip Advisor. And no bottle mineral water are provided. It was written in the packages. And neither Klook or TripAdvisor replied to my email feedback.What a shame! Feeling bad and I felt being cheated in Bali !

There are various photo spots, and for an additional 200K Ringgit per person, you can receive professional photos via AirDrop or email. Since many tourists visit this place, the staff can speak several languages, including simple Korean, Japanese, and English, which are useful when taking photos. Also, if you're unsure about poses, the photographers will suggest various ones, making it easy to take pictures ◡̈ With all safety ropes and harnesses connected, it feels safe and like being at an amusement park. The scenery is also wonderful, and it was very convenient and great that they picked up and dropped off just me and my friend separately, instead of moving with a large group ˃̵͈̑ᴗ˂̵͈̑

Tuvimos un gran momento probando todos los diferentes columpios, especialmente el Columpio Adrenalina. Fue muy suave pasar de un columpio a otro. También tomamos muchas fotos geniales en los diferentes nidos. Los fotógrafos hicieron un esfuerzo adicional al ayudar a tomar fotos y videos usando mi teléfono móvil. Dirigieron las poses para que las fotos salieran impresionantes. El Bosque de los Monos es una experiencia única. Los monos son muy mansos y pudimos caminar muy cerca de ellos. La Terraza de Arroz de Tegalalang es un paisaje impresionante y muy único. Tiene un sistema de suministro de agua sistemático para abastecer de agua a los arrozales en cada terraza. Mi guía turístico, Kepo, fue muy paciente explicando sobre el Bosque de los Monos y la Terraza de Arroz de Tegalalang. Conoce todos los buenos lugares para tomar fotos y también me ayudó con mis fotos. Estoy muy feliz con toda la experiencia. Gracias Kepo por alegrarme el día.

We had a 101 course on how to pose on the various swings and were quite tickled by it. All 3 waterfalls were very crowded with tourists but we still managed to take photos sans people of the waterfalls. Lastly at the Satria coffee plantation, we were given an assortment of tea and coffee and even paid for a cup of Luwak coffee to try.

An awesome day out, my guide Made was also awesome explaining the different areas and attractions on our way, making it enjoyable…highly recommend this tour 😊
