The driver and tour guide (a friendly young man and young lady) were absolutely wonderful! They greeted us with warm smiles and enthusiastically outlined the itinerary upon meeting. The driver drove with exceptional care, ensuring a smooth and safe journey. When it rained during the trip, they proactively offered us umbrellas and patiently took photos and videos for us throughout the trip, capturing every memorable moment. Their kindness made us feel the genuine warmth of Indonesian hospitality. We’re truly grateful to them—we never imagined we’d encounter such thoughtful and professional guides! I have had the most fabulous day, my driver was awesome an visiting magical places was excellent. I highly recommend this tour for those interested in Balinese culture.

Pemandu wisata kami sangat baik dan membantu selama perjalanan. Dia berusaha menunjukkan kepada kami tempat-tempat yang kurang dikenal yang tidak ramai turis dan bersedia berhenti di mana saja agar kami bisa mengambil lebih banyak foto area Kintamani. Sangat merekomendasikan perjalanan ini daripada perjalanan "Instagrammable" yang sudah terkenal. Perkebunan kopi juga menjual kopi yang enak untuk oleh-oleh dan secara keseluruhan merupakan cara yang bagus untuk mencoba semua kopi dan teh eksotis Bali.

Seeing an ancient burial ground and meeting the chief, a boat ride across the river, a beautiful lunch with a treetop view, and a tour of the volcanic rock that covers the land from a past eruption… our tour guide was by far the best guide we have had in Bali. He took us through the jungle roads and the best scenic routes, he gave us history lessons on the villages we passed, and he even took us shopping – anything we wanted was no trouble for him!! Hands down the best experience we had in Bali 🌸

My guide, Arya, was excellent today. The visit to Trunyan, the rice terraces, and the waterfall was very smooth. He was patient while I took my time at each spot. Finally, Toya Devasya was an amazing experience. I loved the service, and the hot spring was great. Arya was knowledgeable and took the time to explain some of the spots. Not to mention, he was early for my tour, and his text responses were fast as well.

Our driver Troy was exceptionally helpful from the very beginning, checking in with us, adjusting the itinerary to suit what we wanted to see, and offering suggestions only a local expert would know. His knowledge of Bali’s history, culture and hidden gems added so much depth to each stop.

That was a very nice trip. We were picked up on time from our hotel. The driver was well-mannered and polite. Thanks a lot.
