Incredible views at the top of Mount Batur. The trek up the mountain was quite steep at some sections, but it was worth all the effort. Our guide, Nyoman, was very accomodating and he made sure we stopped to catch a break and rehydrate at regular intervals. He also conversed with us about his life in Bali and points of interest, which made the hike feel a lot shorter! At the top, he prepared a simple but filling breakfast with a hot drink for us to warm up, and took some great pictures for us. Nyoman made this hike a very memorable experience, and I would recommend him to everyone! Our driver, Berig, later took us to our next points of interest, which were ulu petanu waterfall and the pictureresque Tegallalang Rice Terrace. Both locations were great for photos and Berig also helped us take some photos. Overall, this tour was an amazing experience thanks to our hiking guide and our driver. Would highly recommend!

The guide was nice enough to stop and wait for everyone to assemble. We took the jungle/paddy path down, it would have been nice if we stopped for photograph. The view was awesome for sure 5/5. The natural hot spring is more like a swimming "pool", it wasn't hot but warm. Too crowded and the line to change & shower (co-ed) was insane. If possible I rather advice go for sauna/spas

every things is so great !!the tour guide and driver are all so friendly and kind. though the road is a bit trim to walk but tour guide help us a lots and we are having the most beautiful sunset and dinner there!

Pick up service was good enough, Guide asta was kind and nice always. He keep caring me and other girl even both of us are solo traveler not like other private tour people. So I was alone doing this trip. This was the only option who could pick you up in Sidemen where I stayed. The driver had arrived at the hotel at 1:45. 15 minutes before we had our appointment that was great. Then he took me over to my guide. Made was a really great guide! He was very helpfull, funny, and a good talker. Even because I was alone I didn't felt that way. At the top I got breakfast. It was nothing special. The views from up top were amazing! We had a very nice day for it. Thanks to Made for making this a unforgettable trip! And to my driver who drover 3 hours without much sleep! Very great experience. I can really recommend it!🌋

Vietimme upean ajan katsellen auringonnousua ja kävimme sitten Baturin kuumilla lähteillä ja Akasa Cafessa. Arya oli kuljettajamme, joka nouti meidät täsmällisesti, ja sitten jeeppikuljettajamme Jero Merta vei meidät auringonnousupaikalle. Hän löysi meille kauniin paikan auringonnousun katseluun ja otti meistä upeita kuvia. Sen jälkeen vierailimme Baturin kuumilla lähteillä, mikä oli erittäin virkistävää, ja nautimme herkullisen brunssin ja kahvin Akasa Cafessa. Arya otti meistä upeita, ammattimaisia valokuvia ja videoita ja noudatti toiveitamme. Kaiken kaikkiaan Klook oli järjestänyt kaiken upeasti, ja suosittelen heitä lämpimästi vierailullenne Batur-vuorelle.
