Rueang was our guide and he was very good at communicating the night before our excursion with items to bring and when to meet. He gave us a very detailed itinerary of the day and was very attentive with our questions. The elephant trip was so fun and I learned alot about the Thailand species. The bamboo rafting was peaceful and beautiful. I really enjoyed the sticky waterfall and climbing up it. I would say this a must do excursion if you have an open day in Chiang Mai. We'll done Rueang! My first trip to Chiang Mai on May 8, 2026, left me with unforgettable memories. From JJ's initial introduction and explanation, I could feel the park's dedication to this project, prioritizing the elephants' lives and care over commercial performances. The itinerary included a fruit feeding experience, but more time was spent quietly observing the elephants living freely, walking, playing in the water, and interacting. There were no forced performances or rides; instead, we accompanied and got to know them in the most natural way. I also want to tell everyone that if you come to Chiang Mai, it's truly worth arranging such an experience. Even though the journey is longer, I hope everyone can understand that it's precisely because they are far from the city that they have more spacious land to roam freely. Watching them live so freely, it felt as if I could sense the elephants' genuine happiness and the feeling of being well-treated.

Chiang Mai's Elephant Poop Paper Park is so creative! You can personally turn elephant poop into eco-friendly paper, which is both amusing and environmentally conscious. After the introduction, you can also DIY various products like bookmarks, passport cases, and notebooks. The diverse range of products and choices makes it an excellent option for family activities. Upon entry, each family receives a different colored poop paper, clearly helping to divide you into groups, which is very professional. The staff are enthusiastic and professional, and you can even choose between two different languages for the introduction, catering to all tourists' needs. It's truly a lot of fun!

I had an awesome experience visiting Maerim Elephant Home despite the rain. The elephants are so adorable and the whole staff were very accommodating. We were briefed first of everything about the elephants and we were given delicious food as part of our tour package. This is truly a must-try experience if you're visiting Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The driver arrived at the hotel lobby earlier than scheduled and contacted us directly via WhatsApp. The drive from Nimman to the park wasn't too far, but we happened to encounter Chiang Mai's rainy season, and it poured rain after we went up the mountain. However, the driver was very polite and waited for us to get ready and communicate. After refunding the cost of the complimentary drinks in cash, he continued to wait for us to finish our interaction with the elephants. The bananas and sugarcane provided for the elephants were quite fresh, and the staff were friendly to children and helped take photos. The ordering area was clean and tidy. There weren't too many people at the park, probably within 20.

Great experience with the elephants! Feeding them and making vitamin balls for them is a brand new experience for our family and we really enjoyed it! We didn't join for the bathing, because of our little one, but it looks fun! We will definitely visit again!

The pick-up staff arrived at the hotel lobby at the designated time to collect us and also dropped us back off at the hotel lobby at the end, which was fantastic. We experienced a location error during the booking process, but the platform promptly contacted us and made the necessary changes, for which we are very grateful. Seeing the elephants was wonderful; our child was very happy and learned a lot about elephants. All in all, it was a worthwhile trip.

🤩The cooking experience at CASA DE MANGO🥭 was absolutely amazing! 1️⃣The super enthusiastic and lovely Uncle Song took us on a tour of the Mango House estate, introducing us to various spices. We picked and tasted them on the spot [playful]. 2️⃣Even abroad, we diligently cooked a meal. Actually, the estate staff prepared all the ingredients, and we made pre-made meals by hand [facepalm]. 3️⃣Uncle Song provided such great emotional value; he high-fived 🙌 and praised 👍 us for every dish we made, and even included his singing, dancing, and excellent cooking demonstrations. The whole process was incredibly joyful [jumping] (it was like watching a skit, he even gave us a theatrical performance haha). ✅The dozen or so of us picked, cooked, sang, and joked together. I truly experienced the "charm of a group portrait".

It was such an enjoyable experience. Other tours felt a bit expensive at around 60,000 won including pickup, but I chose this one because the price seemed reasonable without pickup. It was indeed a good choice. Each team was assigned a guide who kindly and thoroughly explained everything (it seemed like English or Chinese options were available). There are a total of 15 elephants living here, and they were all so cute and gentle. At nearby elephant cafes, the food baskets were small and expensive, but here I got to feed them plenty and interact a lot with the elephants. I think it will be a lifelong memory! The meal was Chinese style, but I enjoyed the egg stir-fry, meat stir-fry, and noodles. I plan to revisit this place next time too!
