We enjoyed this tour. Vicky spoke English really well and the driver was a polite young man. The elephants were well behaved. It was very interesting to see the personalities and dynamics amongst the elephants and with their minders. A baby elephant ran a couple of times towards his mum for a cuddle, while she was posing with guests for photos. The minder would run after the baby, telling him to return. Very funny to watch. Cafe was pleasant to sit down at and enjoy a drink. We paid extra for the yummy shrimp spring rolls and chicken nuggets. Our son tried durian for the first time at the fruit market. He thought the taste was “interesting”. 🤣

This is the highlight of our trip in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended to book this, especially if you have kids. They can see up close and feed the elephants. You know they are being taken care of as the area is nice and clean, and the elephants can roam freely. The elephants are very friendly too with everyone. If only I could bring them home, I would. 💗

The driver arrived at the hotel punctually in the morning. The journey from the Old City took about 1 hour, and it was completely worth it! The elephants were very lively, and there were even baby elephants. The driver distributed a large basket of bananas and sugarcane for you to feed them on the platform! There was also 100 THB for you to buy drinks at the cafe! Other areas of the cafe were kept very clean and beautiful, perfect for photos! The drinks and food were very good and not expensive! It's worth a visit! However, it's recommended to arrive as early as possible, as it gets increasingly crowded later on (it was already quite busy on a Monday morning).

There's a hotel shuttle, and the tour guide will meet guests in the hotel lobby, so there's no need to wait at the main entrance. The itinerary includes feeding elephants and visiting the Maeklong Railway Market. Upon arrival, the guide will provide 100 Thai Baht for everyone to buy drinks or an extra basket of bananas to feed the elephants. For safety, feeding is only allowed on the platform. The elephants are very gentle; although they get more excited when they see bananas, as long as you follow the staff's instructions, you can still take close-up photos and touch them. The Maeklong Railway Market is not large, but it has a rich variety of fruits, and you can buy many mangosteens 😋. I was very satisfied with the entire trip.

Wonderful morning spent at the farm and cafe. You can feed the elephants and have breakfast here. The driver will give you 200 baht to spend at the cafe. We were also dropped off at the fruit market.

Wow, it was so incredibly fun. It was a hundred times better than I expected. This product involves visiting an elephant farm where elephants roam freely, enjoying a cup of coffee there, and admiring the beautiful scenery. They give you a basket of bananas, which I tried and found delicious. You can give one to each elephant, take photos and videos, and enjoy being very close to them. The elephants seemed happy and even protested for more bananas. It was truly exciting and fun. For those who find overly intense eco-experiences burdensome, this level is just perfect!!

Short trips loke these are perfect for those who wants to participate in other activities in the afternoon. Despite only 2 venues that are included in this tour, I felt is worth it. The farm was quite a fun place (it took 1.5hours from chiang mai old city to reach this place) to spend most of your time to enjoy, watch the elephants, feed them and of course take tonnes and tonnes of photos with them. As an animal lover, this farm is good because you only feed the elephants and take pictures with them. And those seeing them performing or riding on them. Another good point here is also the last venue where we visit their fruit market which meant for wholesale and we bought some nice local fruits back. Is cheap, affordable and fresh.. recommend everyone to come over and buy fruits from this place.
