Chiang Mai: Aula de culinária tailandesa no Grand Canyon e tour pelo mercado

This is a must-try activity in Chiang Mai. This cooking school offered us such an enriching experience. We had a lot of fun and received the utmost attention from our instructor, Richie. The view while cooking was amazing, and we even had the chance to go kayaking after lunch.

It was hard to pick a cooking class because there were so many options, but I’m so happy I chose this one! We learned how to several classic Thai dishes, such as papaya salad, Tom yum soup, Khao soi, pad Thai, mango sticky rice, etc. Every dish turned out to be so delicious! Richie, our instructor, was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience really fun. The space is also beautiful! It’s outdoors with amazing views of the Grand Canyon, and you can get some nice pics especially around sunset. If you do the morning class you can even tour the facility. If you’re visiting Thailand and want to learn how to cook authentic Thai food while having a great time, I’d 100% recommend this class!

Richie was great! So fun and made it so easy. Had heaps of options and were great with my allergies. Cannot recommend them enough. Got to learn all the dishes, not just the ones we picked.

Everything was built up professionally, from picking up to dropping off. Brian, the guide was on point, funny and very informative. Richie was a really professional teacher. The cooking class system was great and effective. Our meals came out perfect. I like that we got to choose from many meals what we wanted to cook. My partner and I picked different meals so we learned more and got to try extra. After class, we had some free time for swimming and kayaking, which was fun. Great memory and definitely recommend!

Amazing experience, totally the recommended! The location is so beautiful by itself and then Richie is such a nice and funny instructor. Starting from the market discovering the vegetables and herbs and then cooking everything following instructions is a very rewarding experience. I was lucky enough to be in a nice group and we had lots of fun. Prepare to be full so better go in an empty stomach! Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

We really enjoyed this cooking class. The instructor was very informative and humorous. We were able to go around a market and see different food products that we would be using in our kitchen. We created seven wonderful dishes made from fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend it.

Under the humorous guidance of Chef Richie, we successfully learned to cook dishes such as Tom Yum Goong, Thai spring rolls, green curry chicken, and Pad Thai. Laughter filled the air, brimming with the joy and sense of accomplishment from cooking! The cooking school is located in the Grand Canyon area, which is breathtaking! There's a dedicated shuttle service, and everything is well-arranged! 👍🏻

It was a fun experience, we learned, laughed, and ate such good food! I will definitely use the recipe book at home, and if any friends want to try a Thai cooking class, I will recommend it🎉

I highly recommend this cooking school. We booked our trip a day in advance. Since our hotel was outside the pick-up area, we decided to take a taxi there ourselves. At 11 PM the night before, we emailed i-like, and they quickly replied, providing the exact meeting point. The arrangements on the day of the activity were also excellent; the instructor was particularly engaging, and the atmosphere was great. We first cooked two dishes, then took a break to taste them, followed by learning two more dishes, while the instructor simultaneously prepared dessert. Every dish we made was delicious. The staff promptly cleaned and replaced the cooking utensils for each dish, which was a huge plus. The Grand Canyon where the school is located is also beautiful. This was one of our best experiences in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended.
