Experiência no Santuário de Elefantes Chokchai Chiang Mai

It was such an enjoyable experience. Other tours felt a bit expensive at around 60,000 won including pickup, but I chose this one because the price seemed reasonable without pickup. It was indeed a good choice. Each team was assigned a guide who kindly and thoroughly explained everything (it seemed like English or Chinese options were available). There are a total of 15 elephants living here, and they were all so cute and gentle. At nearby elephant cafes, the food baskets were small and expensive, but here I got to feed them plenty and interact a lot with the elephants. I think it will be a lifelong memory! The meal was Chinese style, but I enjoyed the egg stir-fry, meat stir-fry, and noodles. I plan to revisit this place next time too!

There was a buffet spread, and my husband, who has allergies to dairy, wheat, nuts, and eggs, could still enjoy some traditional meals. They also offered hot tea and water. Other drinks and snacks were available for purchase. The view is quite beautiful. We were able to store our belongings in a locker free of charge. They provide covered seating with fans and Western-style restrooms with showers (if you get dirty and wish to change). They also have a charming gift shop! We visited the female elephants and their babies to feed them (food for the elephants was provided). Afterward, we posed for photos with the male elephant, and he bid us farewell with a bow. Then, we went on a 20-25 minute bamboo rafting trip—it was very safe and peaceful. Following that, we took a bus back (provided by them) to the campground, which took about 3-5 minutes. After waiting for the rain to stop, we went ziplining.

Visiting an elephant camp in Thailand during the rainy season? No problem at all! We were surprised to discover that we were the only group travelling from Chiang Mai city centre that morning, where we were collected by a very friendly driver. The elephant camp itself was great fun. We were given sugar cane to feed the elephants and even had the opportunity to prepare some medicine for them. Although our children were initially a little nervous around the elephants, they kept asking when they could see them again, which convinced us that they really enjoyed the experience! The guide was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially when the children tried to run away from the elephants! We would definitely love to return when the children are a little older, so they can hopefully take part in and enjoy all the activities. Highly recommended!

It's simply the best. There are no chains or riding of elephants, and it's clear that the facility raises them with great care. There were also baby elephants, and it was truly adorable to feed and touch them. We even participated in their bathing. They provide changes of clothes, flip-flops, and towels, so you only need to bring your underwear. It's a highly recommended sanctuary. The guide was also very kind and took many photos for us!

On-time pickup and drop-off, the driver was excellent and very patient, waiting for us to buy durians by the roadside. The camp was seamless from dining to activities, and the facilities were well-equipped, even offering water at three different temperatures. A Chinese-speaking guide led our experience and helped us take photos throughout. She was incredibly accommodating 📸(^_^), and there was plenty of time for photos. The elephants were all super well-behaved and intelligent. They even gave us flowers 🌸.

The experience was amazing, taking care of the elephants, playing and feeding them was so much fun. The bamboo rafting was so relaxing and the food was so good too. Tommy 2, the guide, was very funny and very well prepared; he explained very well about elephant life and diet. Thanks! Mr. T, my driver, was very kind; we shared some Thai tea and beers, having a very enjoyable conversation. I totally recommend the experience, it's unforgettable! I will come back for sure when I have the chance.

帶家人一起去體驗幫大象做食物，洗澡和體驗竹筏漂流，看到服務人員很盡心盡力和家人開心的不得了，就覺得這個地方真的很推薦大家都來，可以感受到以前被訓練過的大象來到這後雖然聽的懂她們再說什麼指令，但感覺玩水的時候他們很開心，有訓練過的大象和四頭小象在那成長的完全不一樣，因為小象開心的完全不受控制，非常喜歡這個地方，推薦大家一定要來。

The impromptu half-day elephant tour turned out to be the biggest highlight of our entire trip. From the very beginning, we were captivated by our guide's cheerful and enthusiastic introduction. You could feel her passion for elephant conservation through her presentation. The entire elephant interaction experience was also very well-arranged: preparing food, feeding, interacting, taking photos, and playing in the water – all perfectly timed. The children had an absolute blast! Not only that, but there was also a buffet lunch available afterwards. Purchasing through Klook was definitely a great deal! 👍

Everything was very satisfying and enjoyable! The staff also gave excellent introductions! The elephants were very cute and well-behaved! This was our favorite activity in Chiang Mai!
