Coisas para fazer em Wat Phra That Doi Suthep

We had a group of 8 people from 3 different countries! Our guide shared some history of Chiang Mai and the two temples we were visiting. The duration was just right, and we were grateful for the transportation to and from the hotel!

Como o horário de encontro é muito cedo, a manhã é puxada, mas, em compensação, havia poucas pessoas nos templos e na trilha, permitindo uma experiência sem estresse. Infelizmente estava nublado e não foi possível ver o nascer do sol. O guia foi extremamente atencioso nas explicações e consegui me divertir bastante. Sou muito grato. The half-day tour is good, not too long and not tiring. Our guide, Mee, is great, professional, and speaks both English and Mandarin very well. We were picked up at our hotel and she was flexible in dropping us off at a location along the way. The last stop was a temple high up in a mountain; climbing the 300 stairs was good exercise and offered a fantastic view of Chiang Mai city.

This is a great tour and highly recommend. From the first friendly greeting from our guide at the meet point, we felt welcome. We were driven to the temples in a comfortable van with our guide explaining the outline of the evening. When we arrived at the temples, he explained their history in excellent English. We would have missed much of their meaning if we had been on our own. We engaged in some activities which were fun and really made the trip special. If you are thinking of a tour of these mountain temples, choose this one.

Loved this tour! Hiking the Monk's Trail up to Doi Suthep was so much better than just driving to the top. The trail was shaded and easy to follow, Wat Pha Lat was peaceful and beautiful, and we reached Doi Suthep before the crowds. Our guide was great and shared lots of history along the way. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend the Doi Suthep half-day tour! The itinerary is well-paced and never feels rushed. Our tour guide, Mike, speaks Chinese, so communication was completely seamless. His service was exceptional; he patiently explained things along the way and even kindly offered to take photos for us, knowing all the best angles. We stopped at a Hmong village for coffee halfway through, which had a wonderful mountain atmosphere and offered an immersive experience of Northern Thailand's hill tribe culture. The entire experience was relaxed and comfortable, making it stress-free even with children. A wonderful mountain excursion in Chiang Mai and extremely satisfying!

I made good use of the free time in the evening for sightseeing. The duration was just right, not too long and not too short. It was very convenient that after the tour, I could be dropped off at a dinner location instead of being taken back to the hotel. The guide was also very kind and provided clear explanations, which was excellent.
