Taking a helicopter to see the glaciers was a beautiful experience. The pilot explained everything in detail and helped us take photos. This was an unforgettable experience.

The guide was very kind. It was good that there were many breaks along the way. This tour is very enjoyable even for solo travelers.

Before the trip, a comprehensive range of equipment is provided for loan, including warm jackets, trousers, shoes, socks, gloves, and woolly hats. Staff will also thoroughly explain important considerations. Upon helicopter arrival, the guide will assist with putting on crampons and lead the way, avoiding dangerous ice caves. It was a fantastic experience; although the price is not cheap, it is well worth it.

The West Coast glacier tour originally included a helicopter flight experience, which I was very much looking forward to. Unfortunately, due to poor weather conditions the next day, the itinerary was cancelled the day before, so we did not go to the site to check in. Although there was inevitably some disappointment at the time, I must sincerely give the operator a good review. They proactively notified us of the cancellation in advance, explained clearly, and prioritized safety, which made us feel their professionalism and responsible attitude. What's even more commendable is that the refund process was very prompt, transparent, and smooth, without any delays or excuses, allowing travelers to adjust their subsequent plans with peace of mind. And this trip did not leave any regrets because of it. We instead went to the viewpoint via a local trail, looking at the glacier and mountains from the ground. Clouds flowed between the valleys, and the snow-white glacier was faintly visible. That kind of grandeur and tranquility was actually equally stunning. Although we missed the aerial view, we gained a feeling of being closer to nature and slowly appreciating the beauty of the West Coast mountains and forests. Weather cannot be controlled, but professionalism and integrity can be chosen. This is a trustworthy company. If I visit the West Coast of New Zealand again next time, I would still be willing to book again to complete that unfinished flight experience. Safety first, clear communication, and prompt refunds. I sincerely recommend them.

The glaciers are almost gone, so you must visit at least once in your lifetime. It's an activity highly dependent on the weather; good luck with the weather, and it will naturally be good. 😂

The guide was professional and safely led us to explore the glacier, allowing us to take many beautiful photos. From the helicopter, we overlooked the entire glacier and even saw icebergs. It was very worthwhile.

It's a shame I couldn't participate because of the weather cancellation. I'll sign up again if there's another chance!
