The first experience was amazing. Because the weather was bad that day, they helped us and two other people reschedule for a day earlier.

We had an amazing heli hike experience and were so fortunate to have Tyana as our guide! She was incredibly friendly, informative, and approachable throughout the entire trip. She made an effort to speak with every participant individually, constantly checked in to make sure we were doing okay, and patiently answered all our questions. Tyana shared so much interesting information about Fox Glacier, which made the experience even more memorable and meaningful. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout the hike. All the necessary gear was provided, including waterproof pants and jackets, backpacks, hiking sticks, waterproof boots, and crampons, so we were fully prepared for the conditions. The hike itself was manageable and not overly tiring, with plenty of pit stops along the way to rest and take beautiful photos. Overall, it was such a fun and unforgettable experience, and we’re really happy to have had Tyana as our guide. Highly recommend!

The counter service (Quanzhou sister & mu) was very enthusiastic and provided complete information and surrounding travel tips. When we were getting equipped, the staff patiently explained everything to my brother and sister and helped them get dressed. The best part was our coach, Zeki, who was incredibly professional, explaining the formation of the ice cave and the global warming crisis along the way. In addition, he gave every team member enough time to take photos, videos, and rest. He even demonstrated how to tie a safety lock on site so that team members could rappel down to the melting ice. It was an absolutely fantastic trip.

Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and it was rescheduled to later in the day. Then it was rescheduled again to the next day, a total of 3 times. I would suggest a buffer of 3 days. The day we left, it got sunny the next day. We missed the event. Z85 was refunded.

The overall experience was absolutely perfect! Glacier hiking is a truly rare experience, with spectacular and breathtaking views. Before starting, the staff provided a thorough safety briefing, explaining everything in great detail, which made us feel very secure. Participants don't need to prepare any equipment themselves; jackets, trousers, backpacks, etc., can all be borrowed, which is super convenient. We had a fantastic time throughout; the service was attentive and professional, offering excellent value for money. It's definitely worth trying, highly recommended!
