It was cancelled due to weather for the first day, but it was great for the second day morning! With sun and with excellent lead.

The four-hour hike on Fox Glacier is an unforgettable experience. Along the way, you can admire the magnificent glacier, valleys, and natural scenery up close. The air is fresh, and although the trail is somewhat challenging, the pace is just right. Walking through the glacier terrain, you feel the awe and your own insignificance in the face of nature. It's definitely worth planning.

Due to weather conditions and the need to continue our journey to Milford Sound, coupled with unfamiliarity with the road ahead, we opted for a brief helicopter experience. It was a truly worthwhile experience.

The morning sky was a bit cloudy, and we almost had to cancel. Fortunately, it cleared up after 11 AM. After boarding the helicopter, we successfully landed on the glacier. Before walking on the glacier, the instructor explained the precautions and taught us how to put on crampons. The entire walking experience was very impressive; I never imagined being so close to the ice. It's a wonderful memory for me.

Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and it was rescheduled to later in the day. Then it was rescheduled again to the next day, a total of 3 times. I would suggest a buffer of 3 days. The day we left, it got sunny the next day. We missed the event. Z85 was refunded.

The West Coast glacier tour originally included a helicopter flight experience, which I was very much looking forward to. Unfortunately, due to poor weather conditions the next day, the itinerary was cancelled the day before, so we did not go to the site to check in. Although there was inevitably some disappointment at the time, I must sincerely give the operator a good review. They proactively notified us of the cancellation in advance, explained clearly, and prioritized safety, which made us feel their professionalism and responsible attitude. What's even more commendable is that the refund process was very prompt, transparent, and smooth, without any delays or excuses, allowing travelers to adjust their subsequent plans with peace of mind. And this trip did not leave any regrets because of it. We instead went to the viewpoint via a local trail, looking at the glacier and mountains from the ground. Clouds flowed between the valleys, and the snow-white glacier was faintly visible. That kind of grandeur and tranquility was actually equally stunning. Although we missed the aerial view, we gained a feeling of being closer to nature and slowly appreciating the beauty of the West Coast mountains and forests. Weather cannot be controlled, but professionalism and integrity can be chosen. This is a trustworthy company. If I visit the West Coast of New Zealand again next time, I would still be willing to book again to complete that unfinished flight experience. Safety first, clear communication, and prompt refunds.
