This tour is highly recommended! Especially in autumn 🍂, the trees along the banks gradually turn red, and there are groups of cute ducklings and Canadian geese. The boatman provides commentary on the history and attractions along the way, which is very informative! It's an activity suitable for the whole family.

Thoroughly enjoyable hop on hop off tram experience. A good way to get a quick tour with some history to the city and its main sites. The redemption of the tickets at the office was simple and smooth. Commentary by the driver was informative and entertaining. Defintiely recommend trying this for first timers to Christchurch!

From the moment, I was picked up at my hotel accommodation to the trip it was nothing but amazing. The tour driver was very knowledgeable and very ethusiastic during the trip. All of our itinerary and tourist spots were ticked off. I highly recommend to do this Tranzalpine tour from Christchurch to Arthur's Pass. It was my first time in Christchurch and I fell in love with the place. Castle Hill, Otira Viaduct and Devil's Punchbowl Waterfall is a must see + we get to see a Kea bird. I would surely come back next time.

The boat offers a variety of beverages including orange juice, coffee, beer, and water, as well as local cookies. The captain is highly experienced, having participated in the rescue efforts for a recent capsized vessel from a competitor. The sea route boasts beautiful scenery, and the crew members are very nice, assisting in the search for dolphins, penguins, and sea lions. I would definitely choose this boat again for my next trip!

The whale watching activity was canceled due to bad weather, but the tour guide seemed inexperienced and unable to arrange and execute a backup plan in a timely manner. When we stopped along the way, they also didn't announce the meeting time. Luckily, the group members were quite good and didn't cause any delays. The guide did provide some brief commentary along the way, and there was someone in our group who didn't understand Chinese, but the guide hardly used English to accommodate them.
