Tour de um dia ao Arthur's Pass saindo de Christchurch com a TranzAlpine

From the moment, I was picked up at my hotel accommodation to the trip it was nothing but amazing. The tour driver was very knowledgeable and very ethusiastic during the trip. All of our itinerary and tourist spots were ticked off. I highly recommend to do this Tranzalpine tour from Christchurch to Arthur's Pass. It was my first time in Christchurch and I fell in love with the place. Castle Hill, Otira Viaduct and Devil's Punchbowl Waterfall is a must see + we get to see a Kea bird. I would surely come back next time.

Unfortunately for us, the Tranzalpine train had an engine failure halfway into the trip. Of course, Cheeky Kea had no control over this, but they did the best they could! Our driver and guide, Clive, came to rescue us from the train station and continued to give us an educational and beautiful tour for the rest of the day before sending us back to our hotel safely with no further disruptions. It is definitely worth going for, but here's hoping your train runs smoothly 😂

The train ride is a must-do! The tour was great because they gave us time to hike up and down the sites. Such beautiful places!

We had a wonderful experience with Cheeky Kea Tours on the TranzAlpine, Arthur's Pass Village (including Devil's Punchbowl), and Castle Hill tour from Christchurch. It was very convenient that we were picked up directly from our accommodation. The tour was well organised, and complimentary food, snacks, and bottled water were thoughtfully provided throughout the day. The itinerary was well paced, with plenty of time at each stop, so we never felt rushed. Our guide/driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared interesting information about the places we visited. The small group size also made the experience much more enjoyable, allowing for a more personal and relaxed tour. Overall, it was a fantastic day trip, and I would highly recommend Cheeky Kea Tours to anyone visiting Christchurch.

Direct pick-up from the hotel is very convenient, so there's no need to worry about finding the meeting point. The itinerary was rich and varied, though it was a shame not to see a Kiwi bird. Overall, I was very satisfied. The tour guide was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided a wealth of historical information.

Driver was on time. Everything was on schedule. Train was on time. Train seats are pre-allocated. A seating on the left side from Arthur’s Pass to Christchurch generally has a better view. Packed lunch was a sandwich from the Jet boat ride place.

Excellent guide, bonne connaissance de Christchurch et de la région que nous avons visitée. Nous avons eu suffisamment de temps à chaque attraction. La prise en charge et le retour ont été efficaces.

The itinerary is rich, and the scenery is beautiful! It's a small group, not many people, the tour guide explains clearly, the train is comfortable, and you can sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
