This hotel resort is a great place to stay. The staff are attentive, friendly and keep this place super clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is delicious as well as dinner at the restaurant The bar is well stocked. Facilities include pool, spa & sauna. Definitely worth the stay.

My family and I had a great time on this tour. Mr. Chao, the driver, was informative and gave thorough instructions on pick up points throughout all the stops we made. It was an extremely rainy day, but that just made the waterfalls even more magical.

It was a really nice experience and the guide is really friendly, knowledgeable, and humorous :) The bus transportation was on time, we weren’t rushed at every landmark, and we took lots of pictures!

The Doubtful Sound Wilderness Day tour is a breathtaking escape into one of New Zealand’s most remote and pristine landscapes. While the scenery is undoubtedly world-class, our guide, Peanut, truly made the day exceptional.
From the moment we boarded, Peanut’s expert driving and deep knowledge of the Fiordland wilderness were on full display. Navigating the steep Wilmot Pass was seamless, and his commentary provided fascinating insights into the region's unique ecology and history. What set the experience apart, however, was his infectious humor; he kept the entire group laughing and engaged throughout the long journey.
The wildlife encounters were the ultimate highlight. Thanks to Peanut’s keen eyes and timing, we were treated to rare sightings of playful dolphins dancing near the boat and seals basking on the rugged rocks. For a day filled with laughter, incredible expertise, and the silent majesty of the "Sound of Silence," this tour is an absolute must-do

Take a boat to the wormhole on the other side of the lake. After listening to the explanation, the leader will guide you into the cave. The number of fireflies in the cave is very large, like a sky full of stars. Taking a small boat further into the cave is even more beautiful. This trip is not to be missed. Present your Klook voucher at the counter to check in and exchange it for a boarding pass. You can board the boat with your boarding pass. No photos or videos are allowed inside the cave.

De principio a fin, este tour fue absolutamente fantástico. Nuestro guía, Steve, era conocedor, agradable y se desvivió para asegurarse de que todos lo pasaran genial. This is really my honest review! I book the trip with my mom. The tour with altitude team is truly amazing, the timeliness, the car is clean and they even provide blanket for all of us. But the star of this journey is Andy! our tour guide+driver, he is so kind and helpful, He even always made sure all of his clients were doing well, and whenever we needed a restroom break, he was very attentive. You could truly see that he loves his job and is passionate about explaining everything throughout the journey. I would definitely choose this tour again for my next trip maybe to mt cook. See you again, Andy & altitude team 😄

We went to the meeting point because we had a six-year-old child. The counter staff said that children must have a car seat. Coincidentally, we had rented a car and a car seat, so we asked the counter staff. She said it was fine to use it, otherwise, we might not have been able to get on the bus. This place is amazing; if you go to New Zealand, you must visit.
