We had such an amazing experience on our Milford Sound tour thanks to Benny. From the start, he created a fun, relaxed atmosphere and kept everyone entertained with his great sense of humour. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating and made sure we were all comfortable throughout the journey. We felt very safe the entire time thanks to his calm and professional driving, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. One of the best parts of the tour was that we stopped at all the key scenic points and even some hidden gems. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to take beautiful photos and create content along the way. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Milford Sound. Benny truly made the experience smooth, enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for such a fantastic and unforgettable day.

Nicky & Mike's bus: Best tour we had so far in NZ! We booked for Milford Sound tour but we went to see heaps of lookouts along the way as well. Nicky is funny and quite entertaining all throughout the tour. We never got bored! Mike is still training with Nicky but he's doing a great job as well. Estou extremamente satisfeito(a) com esta viagem e adorei a guia e motorista Christine (não tenho certeza se o nome está correto). Guia: Chegou com total pontualidade no horário e local combinados, explicou detalhadamente cada ponto turístico e a história das cidades ao longo do trajeto, ofereceu-se voluntariamente para tirar fotos e tem uma excelente técnica de direção, sendo extremamente confortável e sem causar enjoo. Ofereceu vários lanches, batatas chips e barras de energia no carro, lembrando os passageiros de que podiam servir-se 🧡. A playlist de músicas tocada também era muito boa 👍🏿. Condições do barco: Foi disponibilizada uma embarcação de pequeno porte com dois andares, permitindo escolher livremente os assentos ou ficar na proa e na popa para tirar fotos e apreciar a paisagem. Bebidas quentes foram oferecidas à vontade dentro da cabine, que estava limpa, aquecida e confortável. Segurança: O uso de coletes salva-vidas não foi obrigatório, sendo necessário prestar atenção à própria segurança. Paisagem a bordo: Houve 11 paradas ao longo do percurso. Perto de cada parada, o capitão fazia anúncios lembrando que era o momento de preparar as câmeras para fotografar golfinhos e outros animais. Com o bom tempo, avistamos um arco-íris no caminho. Também pudemos apreciar a beleza das cachoeiras de perto, o que adorei. Organização do passeio: Embora a viagem de dia inteiro tenha sido longa, a guia organizou muito bem as paradas para fotos ao longo do caminho, as paradas para descanso para comprar alimentos e o uso dos banheiros. Na viagem de volta, também paramos no mesmo posto de descanso, onde foi possível comprar lembranças. Recomendo muito esta agência de viagens, foi um roteiro perfeito 🧡

Do início ao fim, este passeio foi absolutamente fantástico. Nosso guia, Steve, foi muito conhecedor, simpático e fez questão de garantir que todos se divertissem. O itinerário teve um ritmo excelente — movimentado o suficiente para ver todos os principais pontos, mas sem nunca parecer corrido. O veículo estava limpo e confortável, e a marmita incluída foi uma surpresa deliciosa. Apreciei especialmente o formato de grupo pequeno, o que facilitou fazer perguntas e interagir com outros viajantes. A van da Mercedes foi uma maneira confortável e conveniente de viajar, nos deixando bem na porta de cada destino com o mínimo de caminhada necessária. Aproveitei muito a viagem e mal posso esperar para trazer meus amigos da próxima vez!

Five stars for everything. The van was comfortable, the packed lunch was actually quite delicious, and the boat ride was thrilling. It's definitely better to be on a smaller boat rather than the bigger ones. If you like a bit of a rush, stay on the top deck and feel the wind and water blow on you -- sometimes a bit harshly though, so make sure you don't have anything that can fly away (e.g. a hat)! I only booked this because everyone said that Milford Sound is THE thing to see on the South Island, and it truly was magnificent. It's funner on rainy days btw! The wind makes the area more magical with the blown-away waterfalls.

Jason also knew all the best viewpoints and photo spots, ensuring we captured the most stunning memories along the way. The tour was perfectly organized, with well-timed breaks for coffee, restrooms, and even delightful encounters with the curious Kea birds! One of the highlights was the skip-the-line option for the Milford Sound cruise, which made the experience so smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Jason’s great advice on where to sit, we had the most incredible views throughout the cruise. I can’t recommend this tour enough — it was well-planned, full of charm, and truly excellent value for money. If you’re visiting the area, this is an absolute must-do!

the tour was fulfilled by Cheeky Kiwi and they were amazing! I received email reminders twice prior to tour date, and on the day itself, the driver arrived 5 mins from scheduled time. The whole journey was comfortable, it was the right decision to go with a smaller group and smaller van. The packed meal was super delicious! don't have to worry about waking up early and not having time for breakfast, as there is a short stop at Alpine Cafe at Te Anau. We managed to order the most delicious fish and chips. there after, we were given our meal pack which we ate on the cruise. The fjord was just beyond words. A must do for sure when in the South Islands. My only complain would be that I wished we had a clear glass roof so we can see the views of the snow cap mountain on the way to Milford Sound.

I had an amazing experience despite the rainy weather. Our guide, Martin, was excellent – very friendly and full of fascinating stories about New Zealand, especially the history of the tunnel and road to Milford Sound. The rain actually made the scenery even more stunning, with countless mini waterfalls cascading down the cliffs and creating a magical atmosphere. We also enjoyed plenty of scenic stops along the way, which gave us time to take in different landscapes and capture some incredible photos. The journey itself was very comfortable thanks to well-timed breaks for toilets and snacks, making the long drive feel easy. Lunch on the cruise was another highlight – enjoying a tasty meal while surrounded by towering cliffs and multiple waterfalls was unforgettable. Being a small group tour made everything smoother and more relaxed, with less waiting and a more personal touch. Overall, it was a wonderful trip with breathtaking views and a fantastic guide. Highly recommended!

We were in Queenstown and wanted to explore Milford Sound, hence we decided to go for this tour. We have baby and child hence they provide the baby seat and child seat for us. Took a while to get the seat installed for us. Road trip took quite a long while from 7am to 12pm as we stopped over at some points to take photos and the views were really breathtaking. Cruise took about 2 hours and we were joined by people from other tours so there was quite a crowd in the cruise. There was some point of time when the waves was really strong and we really have to hold on to the rails or be thrown around. Best for kids to be seated down and don’t move around when the seas get rough. But we had some really awesome views up on the deck. The road trip back took about 4 hours and we are back by 6.30pm. Huge thumbs up for the guide as she drove really well and communicate very well. Note: If you need to cancel your trip, do it 24 hours before the trip date and time or else they won’t refund you at all.
