I was worried that I wouldn't be able to take the helicopter due to continuous rain during the trip, but fortunately, I was able to ride for about 15-20 minutes. They kindly contacted me via email and phone. When I met them in person, they were also very kind and kept explaining things during the tour. The scenery outside the window was truly spectacular ❤️ Although the weather was cloudy and the flight was short, which was a bit disappointing, they offered a partial refund, and it was a very enjoyable trip :) It was great to have my first flight with you, Captain!

The experience of exploring the Fox, Franz Josef, and Tasman glaciers, along with the views of Mount Cook and the Southern Alps, was originally supposed to include a helicopter landing on the snow. However, due to weather conditions at the landing site, this was not possible, and we were offered an alternative experience: a scenic flight in a light aircraft. The scenery was incredibly beautiful, and I highly recommend trying it at least once. The safe flight and the rich explanations of the terrain and scenery were the highlight. Even the child loved it very much.

A must-try experience despite being on the pricier side. We got to see breathtaking views of Mount Cook. We were lucky to be the first ones on at 10 am; you'll need to arrive earlier, at 9:45 am, and go through a safety briefing. The landing on the snow was done very safely and smoothly, and the snow was still knee-deep. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Amazing landscape and helpful staff. We were a group of 2, not meeting the min no. of passengers. But the staff helped to combine the flight appointment with the other party of 3 to make it possible. We appreciated it. Captain Tim was experienced sharing the Glaciers with us and took good care of us during the journey. The trip was unforgettable.

The first experience was amazing. Because the weather was bad that day, they helped us and two other people reschedule for a day earlier.

Great pilot, polite staff. We had to wait 1.5 hours due to the weather, which is completely understandable, especially considering it snowed heavily the day before.

I had originally planned a glacier hike at Mount Cook, but it was cancelled due to bad weather. I immediately rebooked this activity in Tekapo, and the confirmation was very quick. There was less snow in early autumn, but I still saw magnificent scenery. This is the only place to see snow-capped mountains this season, so it was still worth it.
