We had an amazing heli hike experience and were so fortunate to have Tyana as our guide! She was incredibly friendly, informative, and approachable throughout the entire trip. She made an effort to speak with every participant individually, constantly checked in to make sure we were doing okay, and patiently answered all our questions.
Tyana shared so much interesting information about Fox Glacier, which made the experience even more memorable and meaningful. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout the hike.
All the necessary gear was provided, including waterproof pants and jackets, backpacks, hiking sticks, waterproof boots, and crampons, so we were fully prepared for the conditions.
The hike itself was manageable and not overly tiring, with plenty of pit stops along the way to rest and take beautiful photos. Overall, it was such a fun and unforgettable experience, and we’re really happy to have had Tyana as our guide. Highly recommend!

What an incredible experience. Scott is such a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and cheerful. The hike was around 1.5 hour with lots of time stopping for pictures, so it was not as physically demanding as expected. The glacier is truly mesmerising, it is one of the best memories I have made in NZ!

We arrived at the office, we could take camera/phone, hat (no scarf), didn't need gloves or thick jacket as the chopper is heated and the allowable time in the snow is limited, but the views are spectacular and worth it!

must-try experience to go for despite being on the pricier side. Got to see breathtaking views of Mount Cook. We were lucky to be the first one on at 10am, you will need to arrive earlier at 9.45am and go through a safety briefing. the landing on the snow was done very safely and smoothly, snow was still knee deep. Overall 10/10 experience.
