The provided equipment was quite comprehensive, the ground crew explained everything in great detail, and the helicopter was very new. Once we reached the glacier, our hiking guide, Hunter, was humorous and engaging, giving us a complete and enjoyable experience. Thank you to the entire team for their efforts!

Highly recommended for everyone. The whole flight was fun and scenery is amazing from beginning to end. Shout out to the Captain Nigel for buttery smooth ride, you are amazing pilot. Also, the whole crew of The Helicopter Line for awesome service. I will be back.

We were incredibly lucky to have perfect weather — it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Both my child and I were thrilled and had a great time. Our guide Jasper that day was exceptionally attentive and considerate, and we all really liked him. We highly recommend everyone to try the glacier hiking tour.

What an incredible experience. Scott is such a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and cheerful. The hike was around 1.5 hour with lots of time stopping for pictures, so it was not as physically demanding as expected. The glacier is truly mesmerising, it is one of the best memories I have made in NZ!

Since I had plans to stay in Lake Tekapo that day, I emailed to ask if I could be dropped off along the way, and they kindly agreed. Thanks to them having communicated this to the guide in advance, I was able to join the tour without any worries! The two-hour stay at Mount Cook gives you enough time to do the round trip on the beginner hiking trail ^_^ In addition to the guide's commentary inside the vehicle, we were also given snacks and hamburgers as travel companions, making it a very fulfilling tour. Thank you very much!

I originally booked a 45-minute experience, but due to weather conditions, we could only do the 25-minute route. The 25 minutes included boarding, landing for photos on the mountain, and the return landing time. While on the mountain, we had to wait several minutes for the previous helicopter to depart, and that time was not made up. The schedule was very tight, but there was nothing we could do about the weather. Furthermore, you can only find out about the weather conditions on the day of your visit, as it's not possible to notify you in advance.

our guide Paul is really nice and such an amazing guide. he introduces all kinds of scenery to us very clearly as we passed the places. he constantly made sure we are warm and cozy on his van. 100/10 highly recommend!
