Highly recommended for everyone. The whole flight was fun and scenery is amazing from beginning to end. Shout out to the Captain Nigel for buttery smooth ride, you are amazing pilot. Also, the whole crew of The Helicopter Line for awesome service. I will be back.

This was a very exciting flight experience. Due to personal reasons, I couldn't hike, so I decided last minute to take a helicopter 🚁 to see the snow-capped mountains. The result was as expected; the scenery was breathtaking. The staff were very polite and answered all my questions. After disembarking, I returned to the lounge and realized I had left my glasses on the helicopter. I told the staff, and they immediately ran back to help me find them. Thank you 🙏

This ride was worth every penny. We booked the Alpine Ride with a snow landing since we were traveling in winter. The helicopter can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, so we ended up booking two sessions as we were a group of 8.

Unfortunately, due to bad weather, our 55-minute package was rescheduled twice and later downgraded to a 20-minute ride. We received a partial refund for the downgraded package within 1 week after raising a case with Klook.

We flew on April 20th. The helicopter company explained that during this season, a 20-minute flight wouldn't offer views of snow-capped mountains, so we paid extra to upgrade to a 40-minute flight. The flight experience was fantastic, with beautiful scenery, and excellent safety measures for the baby. After landing in the snow, the pilot even helped us take photos, creating wonderful memories for the whole family.

I really enjoyed this experience and was lucky enough to have a sunny day. However, for the 20-minute summer tour, the glacier experience doesn't actually fly onto the ice; it only goes near ice chunks. Still, it was very novel and fun. If you want an experience that includes being on a glacier, you'll need to take a longer tour because it's further away. But for our first time, 25 minutes was more than enough and very exciting.

Great and beautiful experience. We booked at 1600 flight but they gave us at 1200 because we came early. We thought it was a good deal so we accepted it. The staff there are all friendly. Unfortunately for our flight we didn't get to land on mountain top snow because it was too cloudy. We felt a bit disappointed because we wanted to feel and take pictures on mountain top. The staff was kind enough to apologised and refunded us NZ$38 per person but still we miss the experience land on the mountain top.
