An unforgettable experience in my lifetime! I also experienced a helicopter ride and a glacier walk all at once! Our tour guide took very good care of our group, the whole journey had spectacular scenes, and I really enjoyed it!

Initially, I thought the price was high, but since I was already in New Zealand, I decided to go for it with no regrets. To my surprise, it was much more fun than I expected. From the initial service to the detailed English explanation before the trip (the explanation also came with Chinese instructions, which was very thoughtful), everything was excellent. The equipment provided before the trip was also very comprehensive, including: down jackets, windproof jackets, snow pants, some beanies, gloves, snow socks, snow boots, and a backpack for going to the snowy areas. The helicopter experience was also very worthwhile. The main point is that the leader was very professional and attentive to everyone throughout the tour. The scenery was truly beautiful, and I felt very lucky to have experienced this trip. Although the strong winds at first might have caused the trip to be canceled, fortunately, I was able to go in the end!

You need to check in 10-15 minutes early. Afterwards, you'll be taken for a pre-trip briefing and to get geared up. Everyone must put on waterproof boots and crampons. Additionally, down jackets, waterproof jackets, gloves, thick wool socks, and backpacks are available for you to choose your size, and can be returned upon your return. The round-trip helicopter experience is incredibly worthwhile. The pilot will ensure everyone's seatbelts and earmuffs are worn correctly, allowing you to comfortably enjoy Mount Cook and the glaciers from different angles. My family members, including those with a fear of heights and seniors over 70, all thoroughly enjoyed the ride! Our glacier hiking guide, Fiona, was very professional. She explained the formation of glaciers and information about the Tasman Glacier in easy-to-understand English. Furthermore, she was very familiar with the glacier routes and the locations of various beautiful ice caves. She specifically chose an easy route for my grandmother and, when necessary, helped guide her to ensure she was on the correct path, allowing my grandmother to experience the glacier with great peace of mind. We are very grateful to our guide.

I wholeheartedly recommend joining their tour! The pre-trip briefing was very detailed, and all equipment was complete and clean, so I didn't need to bring anything myself. The helicopter seating arrangements and group divisions were thoughtfully planned (seats were swapped for the outbound and return journeys), and the helicopter was also very new. The glacier guides were friendly and professional, leading us to explore ice caves. We were lucky to have a sunny day, but the temperature was still very low. After walking around, we warmed up. I highly recommend bringing sunglasses as the sun is very dazzling and the UV intensity is off the charts. Make sure to apply plenty of sunscreen! This trip felt incredibly worthwhile, with magnificent glacier views and unforgettable memories.💯

Good experience and easy to reach, even an 80-year-old grandpa can walk it. The helicopter view is so good, we even changed the date earlier due to weather. But we didn't see a huge ice wall.

The coach was very patient and didn't speak too fast, so even those with poor English could understand 🥹. They guided us step-by-step on the glacier, and there were always two staff members accompanying us, which made us feel very safe. I highly recommend everyone to include this tour when visiting Mount Cook! When boarding the helicopter, the staff also checked everyone's seatbelts one by one to ensure they were fastened securely. If I have another chance, I would love to bring my family to experience it again!
