Passeios por Aoraki / Mount Cook

The tour guide was very friendly, introducing the surrounding area along the way and informing us in advance where the restrooms were. They also found several spots for us to get off, take photos, and enjoy the scenery.

This would be by far my best tour ever! And I get to have the front seat during the trip. Our tour guide and driver by the name of Jason - he is nothing but awesome and very cool during our entire trip. He is very knowledgeable and knows Queenstown, Aoraki Mount Cook and other places we've been to very much. I also miss that music playlist that you have, Jason. Lol. Anyway, I joined the Mount Cook and Tasman Glacier tour. We had a couple of stopovers wherein we were able to take photos and selfies especially during the drive to Mount Cook. The view there was nothing but Amazing! He also shared about the story of Shrek the sheep. Snacks and water provided and he kept us well fed and hydrated. I cannot recommend Cheeky Kiwi Travel enough and especially Jason who made the trip, us his passengers safe and relaxed and enjoyed this whole excursion. I will surely book my future travels soon with Cheeky Kiwi. Cheers!

The whole tour was amazing, although the itinerary was a bit hectic. Except for Mt. Cook, the other stops were quite short — just enough time to snap a few photos before moving on to the next spot. It’s understandable since the destinations are quite far from Christchurch. They also provided free lunch and snacks (chips), which was a nice touch

Our guide was Dayton from Cheeky. He is enthusiastic and very positive. He also helped to take pictures. I highly recommend this activity compared to Milford Sound. You need to trek for 3 hours, but the view of Mt. Cook was really worth it. I just hope we had at least 4 hours for a more relaxed trek.

Wow! I never expected to have such a wonderful day tour experience in Queenstown. It was absolutely worth it! I usually don't write reviews for these places, but the people I met were so kind that I felt compelled to write one. Our guide, Xiao Hai, provided superb service! The night before, she notified us of the departure time in the group chat. Because it had just snowed on Mount Cook, she specially adjusted the departure time to be a bit later for safety, which didn't even delay my helicopter flight. The door-to-door pick-up and drop-off was also incredibly convenient, and we saw super beautiful scenery along the way! It was truly stunning. We stopped at two salmon shops on the way and ate delicious glacier salmon. We stopped at all the viewpoints I wanted to visit inside Mount Cook. I had booked a scenic flight myself, and she dropped me off at the airport right on time. After the flight, the guide said there was still enough time, so she took me to walk the Hooker Valley Track. The entire track was covered in snow, and Mount Cook after a heavy snowfall was just too beautiful and so worth it! I've already recommended this day tour to all my friends. I heard that Xiao Hai's local team also hosted Jay Chou's team and the Earth Fresh team. They are so familiar with the Queenstown area, which is very reassuring!

It is one of the most convenient ways to travel from Christchurch to Mount Cook. The coach is comfortable; I just suggest cutting down the time at the first resting spot so we can have more time to spend in Lake Tekapo.

Tuvimos una experiencia excepcional en este tour. Nos preocupaba el tiempo para completar el sendero Hooker Valley, pero lo terminamos con 25 minutos de sobra. La vista era tan impresionante que incluso nos comprometimos al final. Un agradecimiento especial a Ana por ser una guía maravillosa. Era una fuente de conocimiento y también muy amable. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Driver is nice and friendly. He was trying very best to accommodate everyone’s need. We always feel stress free and being taken good care when travel with cheeky kiwi!
