conveniently located near higobashi mrt and 7-eleven, rooms are clean and you have the option to opt for full/limited/no housekeeping. staff is able to speak chinese and english to assist customers

supper nice clean & comfort hotel. only 20steps from Yodoyabashi Train Station. and many Konbini around the Hotel. you can just walk to search any Restaurant around the area. there is 2 coins laundry machines in this hotel. and free breakfast, even though we didn't book the room included breakfast. the staffs are supper helpful and open to discuss. you can do self check in and check out but there still available the staffs to help. definitely will comeback if i visit Osaka

stayed in the oriental premier residence and enjoyed the space of the room. table, sofa, bunk beds, in room laundry was a positive. the wash/dry combo does take a like 5-6 hours but it was nice to have a door to the room to block out the noise. there’s also a lounge with some snacks and drinks which was nice. the snacks could have been better but the fresh pancakes was a nice touch

Perfectly situated between Shinsaibashi shops and Dotonbori! Well appointed, well equipped and very clean. It was a pleasure to stay and come back to at the end of our travels.

Location is very convenient as it is situated in the heart of Dotonbori. Amenities and services are also great, such as an area for reheating foods, an ice machine, coin laundry, luggage transfer services, in-room ironing equipment, complete bathroom necessities, among others. Their complimentary buffet breakfast is likewise good, although the food selection can be improved (we stayed for 5 days and we found that the menu was repetitive).
