perfect experience in this hotel. it is aside the shop GAP and once you walk out of the jr station, you could see it at once. in the afternoon from 2:00pm, you could have your own service to have the pancake and beverage and nice cream. from 5:00pm, each residence can have a hotdog. nice service! the room is clean with air purify and the window can open a little. we were offered the room on the 20th floor. nice ! you can also use the wash machine on the 3rd where the lobby is and pay the fee with cellphone code! On each floor, there is ice machine and machines for sell beverage. very nice stay!

Great hotel, awesome location. Everything is great incuding daily service, amenities, and customer service. Entrance to USJ is 2 min walk, shops and restaurants right outside hotel, and took a short taxi ride to Asue arena. The only cons is the breakfast menu. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, seems like we ate the same food everyday.

The location of this hotel is amazing for universal. We couldn't believe how little we paid for this hotel being in such a good location. The rooms are clean and a good bathroom. The hot dogs and free ice cream is a great touch and just the snack we were needing
