Very nice hotel to use as a home base while visiting Osaka from abroad. The beds were comfortable from an American point of view. Would have liked to use the bath, but no tattoos are allowed.

The hotel sits right across the street from Sakurajima Station. This made getting to USJ a total breeze—just one quick train stop away, or you can even take a lovely 10-minute walk. The rooms are exceptionally spacious compared to the usual tight Japanese hotel standards, featuring exceptionally comfortable beds and beautiful river views. However, the real highlights are the luxury amenities.

Great hotel with a lot of luxury. Very conveniet location with easy access to trains, busses, Ferry (free service) and a 7/11 convenience store. Very helpful and friendly staff. Was our first hotel in Osaka and couldn’t be happier. Note very few hotels have USB-c charging ports in the room but you can request a international power point adapter if you have the cables.

Beautiful place to stay, back of the hotel had a river view to the bridge and Ferris wheel! The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Just need to take the train to Universal City for dining and entertainment. The staff was professional, friendly, and very accommodating with storing our luggage before check-in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

room is fabulous for japanese and my family was amazed at the space in the family room. loved the availability of 6 beds in the room with enough space to pack our luggages. about 15 mins walk to Universal studio or 1 train ride away. train station at doorstep and this helped alot in the cold weather. very good.public bath that helped to provide relief at end of busy day and the breakfast spread is impressive. definitely book a room with the breakfast if can
