Osaka Hotel Granvia makes me feel deeply that it's my home in Japan when I travel to Osaka; it's so familiar. This is already my third stay. Among countless options, I always choose this one because no other hotel can compare. With the Grand Green park half-completed, walking through it, whether day or night, is incredibly relaxing and fully satisfies the healing sensation of traveling abroad. Hotel Granvia itself represents the best in food, clothing, housing, and transportation. There's a Harves supermarket on B1, and numerous major shopping malls. Most importantly, the connecting passages between each mall are exceptionally well-designed, which is one of the prime examples of Japanese railway economics at its finest. All its amazing qualities speak for themselves.

It was a very satisfying experience during my stay. The staff were always friendly and helpful, which made my stay comfortable, and they promptly assisted with any inquiries. The night view from the room and the hotel was particularly excellent. Being able to enjoy the beautiful city scenery at night further enhanced the pleasure of my trip. Both the service and the view exceeded my expectations, and it's a hotel I'd like to visit again. Thank you for helping me create wonderful memories.

A 30 segundos de Nankai Namba. Foi super conveniente para ir e vir do aeroporto. A limpeza é feita a cada 3 dias, então, durante a minha estadia de 3 noites, recebi no último dia. Fora isso, se você deixar as toalhas usadas e o lixo fora da porta, eles trocam. Namba City e Namba Parks ficam bem na frente, Don Quijote a 5 minutos e a rua principal de Dotonbori a 10 minutos. A localização é imbatível. Pretendo usar novamente!

I chose to book the Namba Oriental Hotel because it's not only a 3-minute walk from Namba Station, but it's also right in the heart of attractions like Glico and Dotonbori, so you definitely won't get lost. If you're coming from Kansai Airport, just take the local Express Train, and Namba is the very last stop. 🫶❤️

Had a very good stay at Cross Hotel Osaka. They were kind enough to allow early check-in when rooms were available, so there was no need to wait until the official 3pm check-in time, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall stay was excellent. We also appreciated that the hotel provides umbrella rental, which was very convenient and thoughtful during our trip. I would also like to specially compliment one of the male staff members who assisted us on 5 June 2026 at around 1:30pm. I was staying in Room 801, so I hope the management will be able to identify him. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was extremely helpful, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. An excellent place to stay. I will definitely come back to Cross Hotel Osaka when I visit Osaka again. Highly recommended.

The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages—it’s close to almost everything, including the train station, tour meetup points, tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel also offers plenty of amenities for guests. They provide sleepwear, and you can even borrow an umbrella if needed. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. The self-service check-in and check-out machines make the process quick and convenient. There are vending machines and a laundry area available on-site, and some floors are equipped with microwave ovens for guest use. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for travelers looking to explore the city.

Upon returning from Okinawa, we once again stayed at Sutetsu Fresa Inn Osaka Namba. We were allowed to store our luggage there. If we visit Osaka again, we will always stay at this hotel because the staff are friendly and the location is very strategic. Transportation access is easy, and it's close to Dotonbori. There are many shopping centers and dining options nearby.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. A localização é excelente – fica muito perto de Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi e Namba Parks, e também perto do Mercado Kuromon e de muitas outras atrações populares. Tudo é muito acessível, tornando-o uma ótima base para explorar Osaka. Os funcionários do hotel foram todos muito simpáticos, profissionais e prestativos. Eles falam inglês e coreano muito bem, o que tornou a comunicação muito fácil e confortável para hóspedes internacionais. As instalações do hotel também são de primeira linha. No segundo andar, há uma lavanderia self-service, o que é muito conveniente para viajantes que ficam vários dias. Há também uma confortável área de lounge onde os hóspedes podem relaxar enquanto esperam. Os quartos são muito limpos e bem conservados. Uma coisa que realmente apreciei foi o layout inteligente – a pia, o vaso sanitário e a área de chuveiro/banheira ficam em cubículos separados, o que o torna muito mais conveniente, especialmente ao compartilhar o quarto com outras pessoas. Eu definitivamente recomendaria o Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba a qualquer pessoa que visite Osaka.

1. Accessibility: It can be a bit inconvenient to move with a carrier when coming from Kansai Airport using the subway. 2. Staff friendliness: Very satisfied. 3. Cleanliness: Very satisfied. 4. Facilities: There are cases where the card key is not recognized at the 17th-floor public bath. This mainly occurs when you receive two card keys for one room. I am very satisfied that the hotel has a separate large luggage storage area.
