It was a very satisfying experience during my stay. The staff were always friendly and helpful, which made my stay comfortable, and they promptly assisted with any inquiries. The night view from the room and the hotel was particularly excellent. Being able to enjoy the beautiful city scenery at night further enhanced the pleasure of my trip. Both the service and the view exceeded my expectations, and it's a hotel I'd like to visit again. Thank you for helping me create wonderful memories.

Osaka Hotel Granvia makes me feel deeply that it's my home in Japan when I travel to Osaka; it's so familiar. This is already my third stay. Among countless options, I always choose this one because no other hotel can compare. With the Grand Green park half-completed, walking through it, whether day or night, is incredibly relaxing and fully satisfies the healing sensation of traveling abroad. Hotel Granvia itself represents the best in food, clothing, housing, and transportation. There's a Harves supermarket on B1, and numerous major shopping malls. Most importantly, the connecting passages between each mall are exceptionally well-designed, which is one of the prime examples of Japanese railway economics at its finest. All its amazing qualities speak for themselves.

A 30 segons de Nankai Namba. Va ser molt fàcil anar i venir de l'aeroport. La neteja es feia cada 3 dies, així que la vam rebre l'últim dia de la nostra estada de 3 nits. A part d'això, si deixaves les tovalloles usades i la paperera fora de la porta, les substituïen. Està just davant de Namba City i Namba Parks, a 5 minuts de Don Quijote i a 10 minuts del carrer principal de Dotonbori. La ubicació és immillorable. Sens dubte, el tornaria a utilitzar!

The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages—it’s close to almost everything, including the train station, tour meetup points, tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel also offers plenty of amenities for guests. They provide sleepwear, and you can even borrow an umbrella if needed. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. The self-service check-in and check-out machines make the process quick and convenient. There are vending machines and a laundry area available on-site, and some floors are equipped with microwave ovens for guest use. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for travelers looking to explore the city.

Had a very good stay at Cross Hotel Osaka. They were kind enough to allow early check-in when rooms were available, so there was no need to wait until the official 3pm check-in time, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall stay was excellent. We also appreciated that the hotel provides umbrella rental, which was very convenient and thoughtful during our trip. I would also like to specially compliment one of the male staff members who assisted us on 5 June 2026 at around 1:30pm. I was staying in Room 801, so I hope the management will be able to identify him. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was extremely helpful, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. An excellent place to stay. I will definitely come back to Cross Hotel Osaka when I visit Osaka again. Highly recommended.

I chose to book the Namba Oriental Hotel because it's not only a 3-minute walk from Namba Station, but it's also right in the heart of attractions like Glico and Dotonbori, so you definitely won't get lost. If you're coming from Kansai Airport, just take the local Express Train, and Namba is the very last stop. 🫶❤️

1. Accessibility: It can be a bit inconvenient to move with a carrier when coming from Kansai Airport using the subway. 2. Staff friendliness: Very satisfied. 3. Cleanliness: Very satisfied. 4. Facilities: There are cases where the card key is not recognized at the 17th-floor public bath. This mainly occurs when you receive two card keys for one room. I am very satisfied that the hotel has a separate large luggage storage area.

we stayed on the 27th floor and the view from there were great! also the private lounge was amazing: morning, tea and cocktail time. we also had the buffet breakfast in the morning and they literally har everything you could ask for!

Vam tenir una estada meravellosa. La ubicació és excel·lent: és molt a prop de Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi i Namba Parks, i també a prop del mercat de Kuromon i moltes altres atraccions populars. Tot és molt accessible, cosa que el converteix en una base ideal per explorar Osaka. El personal de l'hotel va ser molt amable, professional i servicial. Parlen anglès i coreà molt bé, cosa que va facilitar molt la comunicació i la va fer còmoda per als hostes internacionals. Les instal·lacions de l'hotel també són de primera categoria. A la segona planta hi ha una bugaderia de monedes, molt convenient per als viatgers que s'hi allotgen diversos dies. També hi ha una còmoda zona de saló on els hostes poden relaxar-se mentre esperen. Les habitacions són molt netes i ben cuidades. Una cosa que vaig apreciar molt va ser la distribució ben pensada: la pica, el vàter i la zona de dutxa/bany estan en cubicles separats, cosa que ho fa molt més convenient, especialment quan es comparteix l'habitació amb altres persones. Sens dubte, recomanaria l'Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba a qualsevol persona que visiti Osaka.
