Hotel Granvia Osaka

A quina distància està?

The staff is very helpful. My room assigned does not have a safe. Once I let the staff know, they re-assign me to another room with safe. They help us to book taxi, arrange luggage delivery to other city. The location is so convenient , it connects with Osaka Station.

The room was snug (three beds) but it worked perfectly for our needs. Still delighted by the little doorbells each room has! Staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet (we only splurged one morning) was the most extensive and amazing we had in Japan. Wagyu beef carving station, omelet station, extensive Japanese and western dishes. Amazing.

Great location and professional staff. It's nice to have close access to trains, subways and taxis. The staff assisted in locating a close by department store that carries a big selection of hanging scrolls. Great access to numerous shopping options. Staff speaks English very well. Great hotel to stay at while visiting Osaka and connecting to other cities like Kyoto, etc.

Perfect location for exploring Osaka. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was spotless. The room is quite small, as is typical in Japan, but it has a spacious bathtub. Stayed on the 26th floor, and the view was pretty nice.
