Het was geweldig dat het hotel binnen 1 minuut te bereiken was nadat ik met de Rapit-trein op Nankai Namba Station aankwam. De kamer was ook groter dan een gemiddeld Japans hotel, met genoeg ruimte om twee koffers open te leggen, en de faciliteiten waren erg schoon. Bovendien kon ik elke avond mijn vermoeide benen ontspannen met een voetmassageapparaat, en tijdens happy hour kon ik genieten van bier en takoyaki. Als ik de volgende keer weer in de buurt van Namba ben, zou ik hier graag weer verblijven. Oh... en er was een Ippudo-restaurant direct naast het hotel, dus ik heb elke dag ramen gegeten.

The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages—it’s close to almost everything, including the train station, tour meetup points, tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel also offers plenty of amenities for guests. They provide sleepwear, and you can even borrow an umbrella if needed. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. The self-service check-in and check-out machines make the process quick and convenient. There are vending machines and a laundry area available on-site, and some floors are equipped with microwave ovens for guest use. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for travelers looking to explore the city.

Osaka Hotel Granvia makes me feel deeply that it's my home in Japan when I travel to Osaka; it's so familiar. This is already my third stay. Among countless options, I always choose this one because no other hotel can compare. With the Grand Green park half-completed, walking through it, whether day or night, is incredibly relaxing and fully satisfies the healing sensation of traveling abroad. Hotel Granvia itself represents the best in food, clothing, housing, and transportation. There's a Harves supermarket on B1, and numerous major shopping malls. Most importantly, the connecting passages between each mall are exceptionally well-designed, which is one of the prime examples of Japanese railway economics at its finest. All its amazing qualities speak for themselves.

Het was een zeer bevredigende ervaring tijdens mijn verblijf. Het personeel was altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor ik me comfortabel voelde en snel geholpen werd met mijn vragen. Vooral het nachtzicht vanuit de kamer en het hotel was werkelijk prachtig. 's Avonds konden we genieten van het mooie stadsgezicht, wat het plezier van de reis nog groter maakte. Zowel de service als het uitzicht overtroffen mijn verwachtingen, en het is een hotel waar ik graag nog eens zou verblijven. Bedankt voor de mooie herinneringen.

Upon returning from Okinawa, we once again stayed at Sutetsu Fresa Inn Osaka Namba. We were allowed to store our luggage there. If we visit Osaka again, we will always stay at this hotel because the staff are friendly and the location is very strategic. Transportation access is easy, and it's close to Dotonbori. There are many shopping centers and dining options nearby.

This hotel provides basic amenities, has an Onsen on 4/F for hotel guest, and closes to JR Namba station. It’s not far to get to local attractions and other cities for sightseeing.

When planning our first trip to Japan with the kids, I was debating where to stay, and this place was a perfect pick! It was such a relief and so welcoming to find a Korean staff member at the front desk. The hotel was within walking distance of Namba Station, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi. It was quiet at night, but there were convenience stores (FamilyMart, Lawson) nearby, which was great for late-night snacks. The real highlight, though, was the large public bath on the 17th floor. After walking 20,000 steps each day, I could relax and recover in the bath, ready to walk another 20,000 steps the next day! We also tried the breakfast, and the natto and tofu were delicious; overall, the food was quite good. Next time I visit Osaka with the kids, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent customer service. Close to public transport. Spacious moderate twin room. Amenities/ essential toiletries provided smell so nice. Breakfast was buffet japanese food with desserts. Very clean room and sleepwear provided. Will definitely come back.

Ik koos het Namba Oriental Hotel omdat het niet alleen op 3 minuten loopafstand van Namba Station ligt, maar ook in het hart van bezienswaardigheden zoals Glico en Dotonbori, dus je zult zeker niet verdwalen. Als je van Kansai Airport komt, neem dan gewoon de lokale Express Trein en Namba is de laatste halte 🫶❤️
