Great location in the Namba area close to various train options, to many shopping areas and tourist sites like Dotonbori. Enjoyed the daily breakfast that has many options and staff was usually very helpful! This is my 4th stay!!

Geweldig Really nice but basic room. Free water and a good size. Hotel gives you happy hour drinks for each guest which was brilliant and you can eat for free on the evening. Really nice touch. Checkin was ok but not overly friendly or helpful but not bad. Would recommend to stay as the location for Osaka is amazing.

Goed Pretty basic hotel, very small room, not enough space to even lay out the luggage’s, but very clean and breakfast was delicious. Ok for transiting or short stay but would not recommend to stay there for more than a couple of days due to the room size. Location is great and staff is helpful.

Loved this first place we stayed. Even though most hotel rooms are tiny in Japan, this was just slightly larger than most and the shower room had a door that smartly opens inward making it more convenient and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Very good hotel facilities with close proximity to Namba City and train stations. Perfect for tourist use the highly developed train and subways to go around Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Kobe etc.. This hotel offers one of the best Japanese breakfasts that I had in Japan so far. Also they service/clean the room every three days is a plus. Such that we can relax and leave the hotel later for sightseeing. I would give a perfect 5 star if the room is a little bit larger for 2 adults. It is a great hotel and we will stay there next time.
